　　本句型是典型的尋求問題解決辦法的句型。它最常用在議論文中，但也可以用在議論性的圖表文中。本句型需要用在分析問題之后，用于引出解決問題的重要性和具體措施。本句型在替換的時候需要注意：the present situation of后面必須接名詞或者名詞性短語。如果由于表達的限制，需要用從句說明現實情況的話，則可以將because of換成because，然后接the present situation is that...。
