外商獨資企業(yè) 所需材料清單
1. 母公司名稱、地址、電話及公司概況等;

2. 對擬申辦公司名稱及備用名的確認(rèn)書;

3. 合作(資)合同(意向書);

13. 董事長、副董事長(若有)、 董事、總經(jīng)理、副總經(jīng)理(若有)身份證復(fù)印件、及委派書正本二份，董事長、總經(jīng)理、董事的簡歷(學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)歷-年份上連貫)、董事長照片二張;
