【解決辦法】
電腦搜索欄搜 "regedit"(control pannel)進(jìn)入后進(jìn)入下列兩路徑，將Version值從4.6.01038修改到4.0.30319：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Client\Version
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full\Version
如果遇到不能修改Version值的操作辦法：
依次進(jìn)入兩個(gè)路徑后Edit-->Permission-->Advanced-->Owner change-->根據(jù)Permission entries在最后輸入用戶的Principle(我的是‘Users’)更改后點(diǎn)OK-->將Users的Permissions勾選Full Control-->Apply-->OK之后就可以更改Version Value了
更改后成功安裝SDK，之后將以上路徑的VersionValue改回原值，peremission改回原狀態(tài)，完成
