become的用法:
become用作系動(dòng)詞時(shí),意思是“成為,變得”,表示情況的開始、發(fā)展和結(jié)束的變化。后接名詞、形容詞(或其比較等級(jí))、過去分詞作表語,偶爾也可接帶疑問詞的動(dòng)詞不定式。常用在書面語中。
become后接動(dòng)詞的過去分詞可表示被動(dòng)或結(jié)果,此時(shí)一般不接by短語。
become用作及物動(dòng)詞時(shí),還可表示“適宜,合適”。
become of只能與疑問代詞what(ever)連用,用于直接或間接疑問句中,表示“變得怎樣”,后接人或有形的東西,多用于完成時(shí)或?qū)頃r(shí)。
become是非持續(xù)性動(dòng)詞,不能與表示一段時(shí)間的狀語連用。但可用于完成時(shí)態(tài)。
become不可用于被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)。
