Honestly speaking, for the most part, I would probably say that I have a great passion for listening to music and indeed I have listened like thousands of songs so far. However, if I have to pick out a song that I like the most, I would probably choose the song Million Years Ago by Adele. By gorgeous lyrics and melody, it’s like a piece of cake for Adele to make me addicted to this song. A significant feature that I should mention is the song’s meaningful content. It is a regretful calling inside an adult who has born his soul on the way of growing up and earning his stripes. Every now and then I feel he is so desperate that he could do anything to escape the cycle of his life but after all he can’t afford to do so. The reason why I am so fond of this song has something to do with the fact that it provokes so many beautiful memories from my childhood. 1.Stereotyped Answers
很多學(xué)生很喜歡在口語考試中給出一些stereotyped standard answers. 比如說，當(dāng)學(xué)生一進(jìn)門，考官說“How are you?”的時(shí)候，而大多數(shù)考生都會(huì)習(xí)慣性的回答“Fine, thank you. And you?”“你喜歡什么運(yùn)動(dòng)?”“籃球”，這些都可能是學(xué)生們?cè)诳荚囍薪o出的答案。盡管老師們一再叮囑不要在口語考試中給出這樣的答案，但是在那種緊張的情況下，這可能是學(xué)生們腦子里所能想到的唯一的答案，也有學(xué)生們會(huì)認(rèn)為這些都是正確的答案，從小英語老師們都是這么教的。但是我們需要非常清楚地了解雅思口語考試的本質(zhì)就是人與人的交流。所以雅思口語考試的評(píng)分并不是完全的100%客觀依照考生的英語水平來決定的。在評(píng)分過程中，整個(gè)交流過程肯定會(huì)將考生的交流技巧納入考慮范圍內(nèi)。因此，我們可以想象，考官一個(gè)下午可能要面對(duì)二三十個(gè)學(xué)生，如果每個(gè)學(xué)生都給出同樣的答案，那么考官肯定會(huì)很容易精神疲勞。所以，除了英文口語表達(dá)能力外，學(xué)生們還應(yīng)該注重自己答案的originality, 要想方設(shè)法讓考官對(duì)自己的答案感興趣才是最重要的。同學(xué)們一定要對(duì)自己有信心，通過練習(xí)總結(jié)雅思口語技巧，建議大家最好參加一些雅思口語輔導(dǎo)班。
2.Redundant Colloquial Phrases
流利度一直以來是很多考生所存在的問題，而要解決這個(gè)問題，是需要時(shí)間的。很多學(xué)生看了一些美劇，在口語考試中經(jīng)常會(huì)有意識(shí)的用到一些外國人講話中的語句用來拖延時(shí)間以便讓自己有更多的時(shí)間去整理思緒，不至于出現(xiàn)尷尬的“卡殼”情況，比如說“well, you know”等等。這樣的語句偶爾使用是可以的，但是如果學(xué)生濫用的話，那必會(huì)適得其反。大多數(shù)學(xué)生認(rèn)為說“well”，會(huì)顯得非常的地道，因?yàn)橥鈬藢?duì)話中經(jīng)常說，但其實(shí)很多中國考生并不能正確的理解well的用法。當(dāng)說話的人在想下句話該說什么的時(shí)候，會(huì)用到well,就好比中文當(dāng)中的“那個(gè)，那個(gè)..?！币粯??；蛘遷ell 在某些語境下表示既然這樣的話，如何如何…比如說“It’s going to rain.
