lift someone up：激勵(lì)，舉起
lift: vt. 舉起，提升，鼓舞; 電梯(上下的直梯)
You gotta lift yourself up even when the whole world give you up.
cheers you on 鼓勵(lì)， 為某人打氣
gets you through the hard times, the sad times, and the confused times
get through：熬過(艱難的時(shí)期)
A: I got divorced last year. 我去年離婚了。
B: How did you get through it? 你是怎么挺過來的?
