我們的課以寫作、閱讀為主,穿插進(jìn)行聽力和口語(yǔ)的技巧點(diǎn)撥。而寫作又是重中之重,45分鐘的考試,包含兩個(gè)小題。從近幾年的樣題來(lái)看,第一小題通常為memo類型,而文字和格式是informal的。我們的老師在訓(xùn)練我們的時(shí)候,要求我們特別注意以下四點(diǎn):
1、 看清題意,明確自己的職務(wù)和位置,以便確定行文的情態(tài)動(dòng)詞。
2、 題目通常會(huì)要求你寫清楚幾點(diǎn),比如詢問(wèn)三點(diǎn)事宜,或征求三點(diǎn)意見,只要是題目要求的,一條都不能落下,否則很難得分。
3、 保證三美:格式美、用詞美、結(jié)構(gòu)美,這點(diǎn)我馬上講細(xì)節(jié)。
4、 盡可能簡(jiǎn)單明確,不要超過(guò)規(guī)定字?jǐn)?shù)。
下面特別說(shuō)說(shuō)第三點(diǎn)。所謂格式美,就是開頭、結(jié)尾、落款都要得體,中間注意空行,讓閱卷人一眼看上去就很喜歡。所謂用詞美,是說(shuō)盡可能用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)商務(wù)用詞,避免口語(yǔ)化用詞,而祈使句和得體的情態(tài)動(dòng)詞都是高分關(guān)鍵。所謂結(jié)構(gòu)美,就是能用各種起承轉(zhuǎn)接的詞組把題目要求的文字串聯(lián)起來(lái),使之流暢。
給大家舉個(gè)例子,經(jīng)科版37頁(yè)寫作題2,給steve回信。要求三點(diǎn)
Agreeing to help , commenting on Sue's idea, suggesting a time and place to meet
我是這樣寫的:
Dear Steve:
I appreciate your trust to me and I've studied your request. And it would be better if you take some activities in advance for restoring and purchasing. would it be possible if we meet for details at 9:00am on Sunday in the pizzahut nearby Quancheng Square?

老師拿過(guò)來(lái)我的作業(yè),指出幾個(gè)問(wèn)題:
1、 文章中不要出現(xiàn)縮寫,縮寫在商務(wù)英語(yǔ)里面是不正規(guī)的
2、 有必要提一提人家的信,因?yàn)樯虅?wù)人士都比較忙,你回了信,他都會(huì)忘了是哪天給你發(fā)的,以及什么內(nèi)容
3、 有點(diǎn)誤會(huì)出題人的意思,comment on不必說(shuō)具體操作,而只需要說(shuō)一下好不好就行,萬(wàn)一字?jǐn)?shù)超了就不好了
4、 商務(wù)中的習(xí)慣,跟人約時(shí)間通常在工作日,最好不要是周末。
5、 日期要精確,最好把date和day都說(shuō)明一下。
但也有些部分值得表?yè)P(yáng),比如
1、 格式正確
2、 三條都沒落下
3、 字?jǐn)?shù)控制比較合理
隨后老師自己寫了一份,一看就看出差距來(lái)了

During my brief visit I noticed a junior member of staff playing some kind of computer game in the lunch hour, and a senior manager told me that he used his for writing letters - a job for a secretary, surely? So that I can compile a full report, I would like everyone to let me know what thay personally use the PC for, what software they use and how long per day they spend actually using it. It would also be useful to find out how their PC has not come up to expertations, and any unanticipated uses they have found for their PC, so that others can benefit from your experience.

這幾天天天上neea查成績(jī),今天早上終于查出來(lái)了,好歹是過(guò)了,感謝老師和助教以及滬江網(wǎng)站相關(guān)的技術(shù)人員。
回想到去年,我是暑假剛開始報(bào)的名,但是由于又在學(xué)日語(yǔ),挖,背日語(yǔ)單詞都還背不過(guò)來(lái)(日語(yǔ)當(dāng)時(shí)是上一天課的),BEC就從8月23號(hào)開學(xué)開始學(xué)的,發(fā)現(xiàn)落下很多課,大三開學(xué)事情相對(duì)少一些,開始狂補(bǔ),帶著mp3和打印版的課件,在圖書館對(duì)著課本學(xué)(話說(shuō)我把滬江推薦的那個(gè)8本套裝全買了,但是同步輔導(dǎo)和單詞書那2本由于太懶一點(diǎn)沒碰 -_- )這樣補(bǔ)課的狀況一直持續(xù)到10月初(好像是10月7號(hào)看完課本的)然后開始做模擬題(一星期2套做了3個(gè)星期),然后在全校貼了20張小廣告終于在10月下旬找到了partner,開始了每周4次每次2小時(shí)的speaking聯(lián)系(后來(lái)11月中下旬則是每周3次每次半小時(shí)),11月開始做真題做了11套(發(fā)現(xiàn)通過(guò)率是50% -_-)
12月5號(hào)硬著頭皮去考了,發(fā)現(xiàn)筆試的確難度和平時(shí)做的差不多(所以多看真題練手感),listening感覺做得最糟(平時(shí)練習(xí)也少有做的好的時(shí)候,所以很佩服討論區(qū)里以及課件下放說(shuō)第幾套考卷聽力只錯(cuò)幾題或者不錯(cuò)的那些大牛)
writing有規(guī)范格式,事先書上以及老師們都針對(duì)不同作文形式給予不同的規(guī)范,有時(shí)還要注意開頭和結(jié)尾(記得有一次討論區(qū)里老師總結(jié)了寫信時(shí)針對(duì)收信人的身份應(yīng)該用什么結(jié)尾,e.g. Best Regards什么的,都有講究)來(lái)源:考試大
speaking我感覺是自己最重視的,卻發(fā)現(xiàn)考的時(shí)候卻考得很簡(jiǎn)單(失策啦......),特別是speaking的最后一部分,2人討論的內(nèi)容我和partner前一天晚上還一模一樣練過(guò)來(lái)著,很是幸運(yùn),不過(guò)要注意的是時(shí)間要嚴(yán)格控制在1分鐘以內(nèi)(課件里speaking第二部分陳述觀點(diǎn)的一些example我用秒表記過(guò),大約在1分10秒到1分23秒之間,就以為超過(guò)一點(diǎn)時(shí)間就不要緊的,結(jié)果我和partner就時(shí)間不夠沒有說(shuō)完,我還差最后一句話)
羅嗦那么多,總結(jié)一下: 多聽聽力,要能回到暑假,像我這樣本來(lái)聽力就不怎么樣的沒事就得戴耳機(jī)聽,直到把那些帶不同口音的對(duì)話都聽清楚,聽清對(duì)話里每一個(gè)陷阱。做完真題還要再看(我只求量沒求質(zhì),做完一遍就丟一邊了),聽習(xí)慣了真題的聽力,實(shí)際做題一定會(huì)比較輕松。每一類型作文總結(jié)出屬于自己的最容易套的模板(寫email寫信寫memo還要注意禮貌用語(yǔ)),reading按照自己認(rèn)為的由易到難的題目做,speaking把那本中高級(jí)口語(yǔ)練習(xí)書全講一遍口語(yǔ)一定沒問(wèn)題了。另外一定要多看討論區(qū)里的一些精華討論,雖然我基本沒參加討論(灌過(guò)三次水),似乎沒在課件下方留言,也沒參加需要提交的各次作業(yè)(真是不夠積極-_-)。不過(guò),一定的努力,總有一定的回報(bào)。
