不久前，曾看到這樣一則報(bào)道，說(shuō)的是新加坡，新加坡是一個(gè)通用英語(yǔ)的國(guó)家，這個(gè)國(guó)家的公共場(chǎng)所的各種標(biāo)語(yǔ)大多是用英語(yǔ)書寫。但其中的一些文明禮貌的標(biāo)語(yǔ)，如“不準(zhǔn)隨地吐痰”、“禁止吸煙”、“不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)入草坪”等卻用中文書寫。為什么呢?人家回答：“因?yàn)橛羞@些不文明行為的大多數(shù)是中國(guó)大陸的游客?！睘榇?，到新加坡考察的一位中學(xué)校長(zhǎng)語(yǔ)重心長(zhǎng)地說(shuō)：“不文明行為也是國(guó)恥?！?不知大家是否記得，中央電視臺(tái)曾經(jīng)報(bào)道，國(guó)慶節(jié)后的天安門廣場(chǎng)，隨處可見口香糖殘跡，40萬(wàn)平方米的天安門廣場(chǎng)上竟有60萬(wàn)塊口香糖殘?jiān)?，有的地方不到一平方米的地面上，竟?塊口香糖污跡，密密麻麻的斑痕與天安門廣場(chǎng)的神圣和莊嚴(yán)形成了強(qiáng)烈反差。

以上的兩個(gè)事例表明，文明其實(shí)是由細(xì)節(jié)構(gòu)成的，反思我們的所作所為可見文明離我們還有一段距離。在我們身邊，在一部分同學(xué)身上，還存在著一些不文明的行為。例如，在我們的校園內(nèi)、樓梯上總能見到與我們美麗的校園極不和諧的紙屑，教室里、校園內(nèi)食品袋、方便面盒隨處可見，甚至有的同學(xué)認(rèn)為：反正有值日的同學(xué)和清潔工打掃，扔了又何妨;再例如有的同學(xué)在教學(xué)樓走廊上追逐打鬧，走路推推搡搡習(xí)以為常;還有部分同學(xué)相互之間講臟話、粗話，隨意攀爬樹枝，甚至還有個(gè)別同學(xué)故意損壞學(xué)校的公共財(cái)物。我們很多同學(xué)把文化知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)放在首位，而常常忽略了社會(huì)公德的培養(yǎng)，文明習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成，而這恰恰從本質(zhì)上展現(xiàn)出一個(gè)人的思想品質(zhì)。事實(shí)上，良好的行為習(xí)慣，是保證我們順利學(xué)習(xí)的前提，也是樹立健康人格的基礎(chǔ)。在學(xué)校沒(méi)有良好的行為習(xí)慣的同學(xué)就可能目無(wú)紀(jì)律，不講衛(wèi)生，擾亂班級(jí)的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。相反，如果我們養(yǎng)成了文明的行為習(xí)慣，學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境就一定是良好的、有序的。我們知道：一個(gè)學(xué)校的學(xué)生具有良好的文明行為習(xí)慣，才能構(gòu)建出優(yōu)良的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，創(chuàng)設(shè)出優(yōu)良的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛。

Today, we gather here in Kunming, the beautiful City of Eternal Spring, to celebrate the opening of the International Seminar on China-ASEAN Trade, Investment and Development Cooperation. On behalf of Yunnan Provincial People’s Government, I’d like to extend my warm welcome to you all. //

Against the background of accelerated evolution of economic globalization, it has become the vitally important choice for most countries and regions that want to expand the horizon of economic development to actively push forward the regional economic integration, to strengthen exchanges and cooperation among respective economic entities in the region, and more effectively participate in the global multi-lateral free trade. //

China and the ASEAN countries, with their combined population totaling 1.7 billion, are showing their great momentum of development. It is beyond doubt that the decision of paramount significance to set up a China-ASEAN free trade area within the next decade, which was advocated at the fifth China-ASEAN summit, will usher in a new era for economic cooperation and development in the region. //

The present international seminar in Yunnan has offered a rare chance to bring together experts, entrepreneurs, government officials and delegates from other sectors, so as to discuss the matters of vital importance concerning the expansion of the cooperation in trade, investment and development between China and the ASEAN countries. The seminar is expected to bring us a lot of real knowledge and deep insights as well as precious inspiration, which would give a positive impetus to Yunnan’s opening-up and its economic and trade exchanges with the ASEAN countries.//

I believe that we would, through more communications and exchanges, reach a wider consensus and expand the future cooperation in more fields.//
