　　大家好!

　　我們剛剛隆重慶祝了萬華成立40周年，總結(jié)了公司波瀾壯闊的四十年發(fā)展歷程，展望了充滿挑戰(zhàn)、充滿希望的光明未來，轉(zhuǎn)眼間我們又將迎來2019年。值此辭舊迎新的美好時刻，我代表公司管理層，向全體萬華人和一直以來關(guān)心、支持萬華發(fā)展的各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、廣大員工家屬、社會各界朋友致以新年的祝福!

　　過去的2018年，是非凡的一年，也是難忘的一年。6月13日，習(xí)近平總書記來到煙臺工業(yè)園視察，并作了重要講話?？倳浵Ｍ蠹以俳釉賲?，一鼓作氣，一氣呵成，一以貫之，朝著既定的目標(biāo)奮勇直前。

　　總書記的講話極大地鼓舞了全體萬華人干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的熱情，萬華人一定不辜負(fù)總書記的殷殷囑托，切切期盼，將努力把公司建設(shè)成為全球一流企業(yè)。

　　2018年，我們以“安全管理深化年”為管理主題，深化本質(zhì)安全設(shè)計和管理，深化工藝和勞動紀(jì)律管理，員工的安全意識和技能明顯提升，安全管控能力得到進(jìn)一步加強。

　　這一年，煙臺工業(yè)園生產(chǎn)運行管理能力進(jìn)一步增強，寧波工業(yè)園精細(xì)化管理水平全面提升，匈牙利寶思德生產(chǎn)銷售再創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄。同時，煙臺工業(yè)園二期百萬噸乙烯項目獲國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)，并正式開工建設(shè)，美國、眉山項目宣告定址，公司全球化布局不斷完善。

　　這一年，科技創(chuàng)新捷報頻傳。自主研發(fā)的TBA脫水、TDI、催化劑等新裝置投料試車成功;HCL氧化、PDH、MDI、PC、ADI等裝置優(yōu)化成果顯著;無醛人造板、水性樹脂等功能化解決方案得到了客戶的認(rèn)可，產(chǎn)生了良好的社會和經(jīng)濟效益。

　　這一年，公司創(chuàng)新營銷思路，積極采取多種策略應(yīng)對多變市場，調(diào)整營銷組織結(jié)構(gòu)，強化產(chǎn)品和商務(wù)協(xié)同，提高了客戶滿意度。

　　這一年，公司人才建設(shè)工程成果斐然。1100多名優(yōu)秀人才成為我們的新同事，人才梯隊建設(shè)不斷完善，工程師培養(yǎng)、崗位技能認(rèn)證工作穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)，員工能力明顯提升。

　　這一年8月16日，萬華化學(xué)重大資產(chǎn)重組項目獲得中國證監(jiān)會上市公司并購重組委員會審核無條件通過，整體上市工作圓滿完成，萬華成為了真正意義上的混合所有制公眾公司，為公司的長期發(fā)展打下了堅實的體制基礎(chǔ)。

　　在這里，我再次對四十年來所有為萬華發(fā)展做出的積極努力和卓越貢獻(xiàn)的前輩、同事、社會各界朋友，表示衷心的感謝!

　　盡管在過去的四十年里我們創(chuàng)造了令人矚目的業(yè)績，但站在建設(shè)百年老店的新起點上，我們面臨復(fù)雜的外部環(huán)境和更高的發(fā)展要求。在新的一年，我們要按照“夯基礎(chǔ)、抓改革、控成本、謀未來”的工作思路，提升組織效率，提高可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力，使萬華在奔向美好未來的征途上行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)。

　　安全是萬華基業(yè)長青的基礎(chǔ)，安全提升永遠(yuǎn)在路上，因此公司在2017年“安全管理年”，2018年“安全管理深化年”的基礎(chǔ)上，將2019年管理主題定為“安全管理提升年”。希望通過實施安全管理三年行動計劃，持續(xù)提升本質(zhì)安全和全員技能水平，實現(xiàn)公司安全管理能力和業(yè)績的全面提升。

　　我們要順應(yīng)行業(yè)發(fā)展和中國消費升級的大趨勢，以更大的力度整合各種資源，通過技術(shù)創(chuàng)新盡快實現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)能的低成本擴張，加緊推進(jìn)自主創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)業(yè)化，加大產(chǎn)品新應(yīng)用和高端精細(xì)化學(xué)品的開發(fā)力度，搶占未來市場的制高點。

　　面對全球復(fù)雜多變的經(jīng)濟形勢，我們的策略是以不變應(yīng)萬變，實實在在地不斷提升我們的卓越運營能力。采購部門要提高整合上游原料資源的能力;生產(chǎn)部門要以打造數(shù)字化工廠和扎實的精益管理為抓手，做客戶滿意的“好產(chǎn)品”;市場部門要以客戶需求為導(dǎo)向，創(chuàng)新管理，用心服務(wù)，培養(yǎng)忠誠的客戶群體。

　　改革公司的組織架構(gòu)，打造簡單高效的制度和流程體系，以適應(yīng)公司不斷壯大的需要;改革公司激勵體系，更好地體現(xiàn)業(yè)績導(dǎo)向的理念。同時，招聘更多一流人才，深化“銀發(fā)”工程，建設(shè)萬華大學(xué)，打造中國化工業(yè)的人才高地，推動公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。

　　千巖萬壑不辭勞，遠(yuǎn)看方知出處高。

　　我們的發(fā)展目標(biāo)， 五年進(jìn)入全球 化工20強，最終把萬華打造成為具有全球一流競爭力的世界五百強企業(yè)。

　　新春佳節(jié)將至，謹(jǐn)代表集團公司黨組，向全體郵政員工及家屬、離退休老同志和關(guān)心、支持郵政事業(yè)發(fā)展的社會各界，致以崇高的敬意和誠摯的問候!

　　歲月不居，天道酬勤。辭舊迎新之際，回頭望望走過的路，我們將從成績中增強信心，從經(jīng)驗中汲取力量，重整行裝再出發(fā)，一張藍(lán)圖繪到底。

　　2018年是貫徹黨的十九大精神的開局之年。這一年，我們砥礪奮進(jìn)、逐夢前行。我們深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想和黨的十九大精神，認(rèn)真貫徹落實黨中央、國務(wù)院決策部署，不折不扣落實中央巡視整改要求，全面加強黨的建設(shè)，推動中國郵政高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，取得了良好的經(jīng)營業(yè)績，集團總收入完成5668億元，同比增長16.2%;實現(xiàn)利潤總額468億元。

　　2018年又是改革開放40周年、郵政獨立運營20周年。40年風(fēng)云際會，20載風(fēng)雨兼程，我們接力奮斗、實干擔(dān)當(dāng)。自獨立運營以來，特別是黨的十八大以來，中國郵政堅持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，堅持人民郵政為人民，推行專業(yè)化經(jīng)營、多元化發(fā)展，極大地解放和發(fā)展了生產(chǎn)力，實現(xiàn)了業(yè)務(wù)收入從1998年的287億元增長到5668億元，利潤從虧損179億元增長到盈利468億元。

　　2019年是新中國成立70周年，也是中國郵政加快轉(zhuǎn)型升級、推進(jìn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的攻堅之年，我們要以習(xí)近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導(dǎo)，把思想統(tǒng)一到集團公司黨組的總體部署上來，牢牢把握“十個堅持”的總體要求，努力做優(yōu)做強做大中國郵政，為將中國郵政打造成為行業(yè)的“國家隊”而奮斗。

　　我們要全面學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想。習(xí)近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想是中國郵政黨的建設(shè)和改革發(fā)展的根本遵循，是我們做優(yōu)做強做大中國郵政的行動指南，我們必須學(xué)懂弄通做實，往深里走、往心里走、往實里走。

　　我們要著力加強黨的建設(shè)。堅持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、加強黨的建設(shè)是國有企業(yè)的“根”和“魂”。中國郵政作為中央企業(yè)，必須旗幟鮮明講政治，樹牢“四個意識”，堅定“四個自信”，堅決做到“兩個維護”。

　　我們要著力推動高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。貫徹新發(fā)展理念，堅持質(zhì)量第一、效益優(yōu)先，以供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革為主線，推動各板塊各專業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級，實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

　　我們要著力提升普遍服務(wù)質(zhì)量。普遍服務(wù)是黨和國家賦予郵政企業(yè)的神圣使命，是中國郵政的立業(yè)之本，是中國郵政的“根”。我們必須牢記“人民郵政為人民”的初心使命，切實抓好普遍服務(wù)和特殊服務(wù)。

　　我們要著力服務(wù)國家重大戰(zhàn)略。繼續(xù)助力打好防范化解重大風(fēng)險、精準(zhǔn)脫貧、污染防治攻堅戰(zhàn)，積極服務(wù)雄安新區(qū)建設(shè)和“一帶一路”建設(shè)，履行好央企的經(jīng)濟責(zé)任、政治責(zé)任和社會責(zé)任。

　　我們要著力推進(jìn)改革創(chuàng)新?！拔└母镎哌M(jìn)，惟創(chuàng)新者強，惟改革創(chuàng)新者勝?！痹谛录夹g(shù)、新業(yè)態(tài)的沖擊之下，在消費升級帶來的機遇面前，中國郵政必須向改革要動力，向創(chuàng)新要活力。通過改革創(chuàng)新，打破傳統(tǒng)體制機制的束縛。

　　我們要著力挖掘開放協(xié)同價值。以開放合作、協(xié)同共享的理念，加強與國家部委、企業(yè)集團和社會渠道的合作，實現(xiàn)合作共贏;整合內(nèi)部資源，匯聚“一個中國郵政”的協(xié)同力量，打造新的競爭優(yōu)勢。

　　我們要著力增強員工的獲得感、幸福感。春節(jié)，我們的很多員工還要堅守在崗位上，奔波在郵路上，我們要時刻把員工的安危冷暖放在心上，切實關(guān)心他們的生產(chǎn)生活，使他們愉快地工作、體面地生活。

　　Dear all,

　　Happy New Year!

　　The 40th anniversary of Wanhua had just been celebrated, and we reviewed the magnificent development in the past four decades while looking forward to the bright future with both challenges and hopes. Now we are at the dawn of 2019. At the moment of bidding farewell to the old and ushering in the new, on behalf of the management, I would like to express my appreciation and best wishes to all of our colleagues and the leaders, colleagues’ family and friends, who have supported our development in the past.

　　The past 2018 is an extraordinary year. It is also unforgettable. On June 13, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the Yantai Industrial Park and made an important speech. He hopes that everyone will continue to work harder and more eagerly, and to keep striving to move forward toward the established goals.

　　His speech greatly encouraged all the Wanhua colleagues to try our best to accomplish our goals. We must keep his words in mind and work harder to make Wanhua become a world-class enterprise.

　　In 2018,"the Year of Deepening Safety Management" was established as the management theme, focusing on further improving intrinsic safety design and management, as well as the process and labor discipline management. This significantly improved the employees' safety awareness and skills, and further strengthened our safety management.

　　The production and operation management of Yantai Industrial Park was further enhanced. The refined management of Ningbo Industrial Park was comprehensively improved. The production and sales of BorsodChem in Hungary reached another record. Meanwhile, the Phase II of the Yantai Industrial Park, a million-ton ethylene project, was approved by the State Council and officially commenced. The America and Meishan projects were announced, contributing to the completion of company's global layout design.

　　Many scientific and technological innovations were achieved in 2018. Self-developed TBA dehydration, TDI, catalyst and other new plants were successfully commissioned. HCL oxidation, PDH, MDI, PC, ADI and other plants were further improved to achieve remarkable results. The functional solutions, such as aldehyde-free wood-based panels and water-based resins were promoted, which gained huge customer recognition and generating favorable social and economic benefits.

　　For marketing, multiple strategies were adopted to counter the changing market actively. Marketing organization structure was optimized, while the coordination of the products and business support was strengthened, which further improved the customer satisfaction.

　　Our talent management also achieved great results. More than 1,100 excellent talents joined Wanhua. The development of the talent echelon has been continuously improved, while the training of engineers and the job-skills certification have been steadily advanced, which significantly improved the staff capabilities.

　　On August 16, Wanhua Chemical's major asset restructuring project was unconditionally approved by the listed company mergers and acquisitions reorganization committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the overall listing was successfully completed. Wanhua finally became a real public company of diversified ownership, which laid a solid institutional foundation for the company's long-term development.

　　Here, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the seniors, colleagues and friends who have made positive efforts and outstanding contributions to Wanhua in the past four decades!

　　Despite we have accomplished impressive achievements over the past four decades, we are facing a more complex external environment and higher development requirements at the new starting-point for building a century-standing enterprise. In 2019, we must follow the work ideas of "improving foundation, reforming, controlling costs, and designing the future", improving organizational efficiency and the ability of sustainable development, in order to lead us to a better future.

　　Safety management is the foundation of Wanhua's long-term development. But safety improvement is always on the road. Therefore, after “the Year of Safety Management” in 2017 and the “the Year of Deepening Safe Management” in 2018, the management theme of 2019 will be defined as “the Year of Improving Safety Management”. We hope that through the implementation of the three-year action plan for safety management, the intrinsic safety and the skills of all employees will be continuously improved to achieve an overall improvement in the company's safety management capabilities and performance.

　　We must follow the trend of the industry and consumption upgrading process in China, integrate various resources with greater efforts to realize the low-cost expansion of advantageous production capacity as soon as possible. We must also further promote the industrialization process of self-developed products; develop more new and high-end fine chemicals to seize the commanding heights of the future market.

　　Facing the complex and volatile economic situation in the world, our strategy is to constantly improve our operational excellence. The purchasing department should improve the ability to integrate upstream raw material resources. The manufacturing department should focus on creating a digital factory and solid lean management, and produce "good products" for customers. The marketing department should be oriented to customer needs by offering creative and dedicated service in order to cultivate loyal customers.

　　We will reform the company's organizational structure, and create a simple and efficient regulation and process system to meet the company's growing needs. We will also reform the company's incentive system to better reflect the performance-oriented philosophy. Meanwhile, we will recruit more top talents, further implement the “Silver Hair” project, and build Wanhua University to build a talented highland in China's chemical industry in order to accomplish our strategic goals.

　　After running through decades and decades, we’ve accomplished great achievements. Looking from far distance, we can find it came from a very high point.

　　To enter the global top 20 chemical companies in five years and finally becoming a World’s Top 500 Enterprise with first-rate global leading competitiveness is our development goal. I firmly believe that as long as we inherit and carry forward the spirit of Wanhua, earnestly practice Wanhua's core values, and keep moving forward step by step, our grand blueprint will be realized soon!
