Good morning, ladies and gentlemen! It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview. I hope I can make a good performance today. I'm confident that I can succeed. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 26 years old, born in Shandong province. I graduated from Qingdao University. My major is electronics. And I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. I’ve acquired basic knowledge of my major. It is my long cherished dream to be an engineer and I am eager to get an opportunity to fully play my ability.
In July 2003, I began working for a small private company as a technical support engineer in Qingdao city. Because there was no more chance for me to give full play to my talent, so I decided to change my job. And in August 2004, I left for Beijing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer. Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Moreover，Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain a lot from working in this kind of company. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position. I think I'm a good team player and a person of great honesty to others. Also，I am able to work under great pressure. I am confident that I am qualified for the post of engineer in your company.

During this period, I have learnt much. 下面我將簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下我自己。
首先，我具有較高的政治素養(yǎng)。從學(xué)前班至大學(xué)一直擔(dān)任班長(zhǎng)職務(wù)，并且一直是班里第一批加入少先隊(duì)，中國(guó)共青團(tuán)和中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的學(xué)生。我深知作為一名公職人員必須要有一定的政治素養(yǎng)，尤其是作為在新疆這個(gè)多民族地區(qū)工作的公務(wù)員，更要有堅(jiān)定的政治立場(chǎng)。
第二，通過(guò)四年的本科學(xué)習(xí)，使我具備了扎實(shí)的英語(yǔ)專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和良好的口語(yǔ)交際能力，而且通過(guò)努力學(xué)習(xí)，我順利通過(guò)了英語(yǔ)專業(yè)八級(jí)和全國(guó)公共六級(jí)的考試，并且在大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)期間，積極參加了學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，例如2008年12月由學(xué)校選派負(fù)責(zé)陪同國(guó)家教育部專家本科大學(xué)教學(xué)評(píng)估工作，并擔(dān)任教評(píng)期間的外語(yǔ)導(dǎo)游。同時(shí)，我的自我學(xué)習(xí)能力非常強(qiáng)，因此如果將來(lái)工作需要我學(xué)習(xí)某種新的語(yǔ)言，我非常有信心在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)良好的掌握這門語(yǔ)言或者技能，從而更好的開(kāi)展工作。

第四，四年的大學(xué)生涯中，我一直擔(dān)任院系學(xué)生會(huì)組織干部職務(wù)，同時(shí)兼任本班班長(zhǎng)，這些工作極大的鍛煉了我的溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力和組織策劃能力，我的工作也得到了大家的認(rèn)可，并被授予優(yōu)秀學(xué)生干部，三好學(xué)生和優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生等光榮稱號(hào)。同時(shí)，我也有著較好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
我深知，個(gè)人的能力始終是有限的，只有大家緊密團(tuán)結(jié)，將每個(gè)人的優(yōu)勢(shì)結(jié)合，才能更好的完成任務(wù)。在工作中更是如此，在日常工作中，必須具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力，要和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行溝通，和同事進(jìn)行溝通，和民眾進(jìn)行溝通，才能更好的完成任務(wù)。同時(shí)要發(fā)揚(yáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，和同事們進(jìn)行合作，才能順利完成工作!
