大家好，我叫xxx，2002年畢業(yè)于遼寧財(cái)政高等專(zhuān)科學(xué)校企業(yè)管理專(zhuān)業(yè)。同年就職于一家僅有四人、銷(xiāo)售額不足1000萬(wàn)元的外貿(mào)公司，并一直工作至今。
我的教育背景和最初的工作背景都算不上優(yōu)秀，但是我用自己的努力證明了這樣一個(gè)道理-------大專(zhuān)生并不比本科生差，小公司一樣會(huì)有大發(fā)展。下面請(qǐng)老師允許我舉三個(gè)小例子來(lái)證明我的觀點(diǎn)。
我的家鄉(xiāng)在遼西的一個(gè)偏遠(yuǎn)小山村，十年九旱，家境貧寒，高考前夕，為了籌集上大學(xué)的學(xué)費(fèi)，改善家里的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件，我在家里辦起了“釀酒廠”，進(jìn)行糧食加工轉(zhuǎn)化，飼料喂豬牛，后來(lái)的結(jié)果證明，這個(gè)小廠極大改善了家里的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況，也在封閉落后的鄉(xiāng)村掀起了科學(xué)致富的春風(fēng)。這是我人生第一次創(chuàng)業(yè)嘗試。
以2分之差與本科失之交臂之后，我來(lái)到了遼寧財(cái)政高等專(zhuān)科學(xué)校，我沒(méi)有抱怨，沒(méi)有氣餒，為了破解當(dāng)時(shí)大專(zhuān)生普遍存在的自卑心理和就業(yè)難題，我創(chuàng)建了創(chuàng)業(yè)者協(xié)會(huì)，提出了“創(chuàng)業(yè)就是就業(yè)，而且是更高起點(diǎn)的就業(yè)”口號(hào)，用創(chuàng)業(yè)者的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)嚴(yán)格要求自己和所有會(huì)員，通過(guò)有效的策劃和組織，帶領(lǐng)會(huì)員進(jìn)行各種創(chuàng)業(yè)嘗試，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了兩個(gè)目標(biāo)：一是協(xié)會(huì)所有的運(yùn)營(yíng)資金都來(lái)自于協(xié)會(huì)各種實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的收入，MBA面試自我介紹范文沒(méi)有向會(huì)員收取任何會(huì)費(fèi);二是絕大部分會(huì)員經(jīng)過(guò)協(xié)會(huì)的鍛煉后，重拾了自信，在日后的求職和職業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中，都表現(xiàn)出了比非會(huì)員更強(qiáng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。據(jù)我最近對(duì)母校的了解，目前這個(gè)協(xié)會(huì)仍然在運(yùn)作，依然是學(xué)校中最務(wù)實(shí)、最具影響力的協(xié)會(huì)。
2002年7月畢業(yè)后，我選擇了一家小型外貿(mào)公司?；趦蓚€(gè)原因：一是中國(guó)剛剛加入WTO，外貿(mào)必然有大發(fā)展;二是小公司里可以接觸到外貿(mào)全過(guò)程，能迅速提高自身的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)。從對(duì)外貿(mào)一無(wú)所知到精通各個(gè)操作環(huán)節(jié)，我付出了巨大努力，白天上班請(qǐng)教，晚上自學(xué)研究。在完成工作目標(biāo)的同時(shí)，有意識(shí)的對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程、單證進(jìn)行規(guī)范，自編了外貿(mào)制單系統(tǒng)，使制單效率提高了75%，同時(shí)保證了單據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。在過(guò)去的六年中，先后協(xié)助公司建立國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)部與國(guó)際市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)部并擔(dān)任主管，建立健全部門(mén)規(guī)章制度。我負(fù)責(zé)的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)部在過(guò)去的3年中創(chuàng)造了近億元的銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)，為公司創(chuàng)造利潤(rùn)2000多萬(wàn)元。目前我所服務(wù)的公司已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)?shù)厮a(chǎn)龍頭企業(yè)，員工近千人，年產(chǎn)值超過(guò)億元大關(guān)。我認(rèn)為我具有以下的幾個(gè)優(yōu)點(diǎn)
1. 思維活躍，悟性較強(qiáng)。----- 恥于安于現(xiàn)狀、能夠迅速識(shí)別利用機(jī)會(huì)，并迅速的付之行動(dòng)。
2. 淳樸誠(chéng)信，務(wù)實(shí)上進(jìn)。----- 父母影響、貧苦經(jīng)歷。
3. 胸懷大志，連接城鄉(xiāng)。----- 整合城鄉(xiāng)供應(yīng)、加工、流通產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，助農(nóng)民增收、令市民感動(dòng)。
4. 善于學(xué)習(xí)，總結(jié)提高。----- 自學(xué)能力強(qiáng)，經(jīng)常總結(jié)，做事穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打，步步為營(yíng)。
個(gè)人缺點(diǎn)
1. 行慢于言，相對(duì)保守。
2. 內(nèi)心焦躁，急于求成。
3. 溝通不主動(dòng)，還需修煉。
我的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，也就是我現(xiàn)在所服務(wù)公司的老板，認(rèn)為我擅長(zhǎng)于“目標(biāo)管理”、“執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)”，所以也非常支持我報(bào)考大工MBA，大工是我的一個(gè)夢(mèng)想，希望9月份能夠在這里聆聽(tīng)老師們的教誨。相信我---張立威同學(xué)一定會(huì)給老師爭(zhēng)光，為大工添彩!

I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is abc, 25 years old. I come from Weifang, a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July, 2001 and major in finance. Then, I was a teacher in abc, When I was a senior school student, I am interested in thought and began to read a certain classic work of Marxism, especially I finished reading “the florilegium of Mao ZeDong”. From then on, I have dabbled in more and more theoretical works and accumulated great interests in theory study, especially in Marxism.
I have a dream, a dream of my study. I wish devote my whole life and energy into the development of the Marxism. If I have the opportunity to study in abc University, I’ll dabble in as much as document about the specialty as possible. If it is possible, I want to get the primary accomplishment in my major, at least, a stable basis.
Personally, for today’s China, the first task to the development of Marxism is a process of construction. That’s to say, we should understand Marxism mostly from the aspect of construction and development of social society. Only when our socialistic country has a more rapid and balance development than the capitalistic, we can enhance the attractiveness and persuasion of Marxism eventually.
