  第一:要明白自己的求職意向

  第三:求職簡歷的主要要素

  HR在篩選簡歷事一般會重點注意:應(yīng)聘者的期望,公司招聘高位所素質(zhì)的相關(guān)表現(xiàn),比如:學(xué)習(xí)成績、社會實踐經(jīng)歷之外,還要注意教育背景,學(xué)歷、專業(yè)、畢業(yè)學(xué)校等。因此,一份正規(guī)的求職簡歷上至少要包括以下內(nèi)容。

  1、應(yīng)聘的崗位或求職希望;

  第四:簡歷格式要整潔、美觀
