第一:內容要清晰充實
雖然外表的與眾不同會吸引企業(yè)的視線,但是企業(yè)選人更看重的則是內容?,F(xiàn)有不少畢業(yè)生在寫求職簡歷時都存在著一種毛病,就是內容寫的很空泛籠統(tǒng)。比如:“成績優(yōu)秀、積極上進、踏實肯干,頭腦靈活”等等,全都是四字詞語,而沒有具體的實例說明??墒呛啔v上卻沒有顯示獲得過一項獎學金,這就難以讓企業(yè)信任了。因此,在寫求職簡歷時,要善于讓事實說話,用事實來征服用人單位,取得他們的信任。但是還要注意內容要簡明扼要,冗長的簡歷會讓HR生厭。
第二:要明白自己的求職意向
企業(yè)們最想從你的簡歷上了解的是你可以為他們做什么。如果你有多個求職目標,就要制作不同目標的簡歷,每一份簡歷上都要突出重點。比如說你想做一名程序員,你就要突出你的代碼水平和項目經(jīng)驗,而不是過多說明你的口才有多好。要明白,含糊籠統(tǒng)并且毫無針對性可言的簡歷會讓你錯過很多機會。所以,要清楚地明白自己想要的工作,為自己的簡歷定一個明確的方向。
第三:求職簡歷的主要要素
HR在篩選簡歷事一般會重點注意:應聘者的期望,公司招聘高位所素質的相關表現(xiàn),比如:學習成績、社會實踐經(jīng)歷之外,還要注意教育背景,學歷、專業(yè)、畢業(yè)學校等。因此,一份正規(guī)的求職簡歷上至少要包括以下內容。
1、應聘的崗位或求職希望;
2、基本信息:姓名、性別、聯(lián)系方式(郵寄地址和郵編,聯(lián)系電話,電子郵件);最好留下手機并保持手機暢通。
3、教育背景:最高學歷,畢業(yè)院校,專業(yè)。
4、與應聘崗位需求素質有關的表現(xiàn)、經(jīng)歷和業(yè)績等,最好主題突出,條理清楚地寫下來5、最后,可以附上有關證明材料的復印件,如獲得獎學金、優(yōu)秀干部、實習鑒定、專業(yè)資格證書和發(fā)表過的論文的復印件。
第四:簡歷格式要整潔、美觀
簡歷的格式一般為兩頁A4紙打印,字體為宋體,大小為五號或者小四號。求職簡歷可以沒有封面。其實很多HR都不希望有封面和塑封的簡歷的,因為看之前再抽出其中的簡歷比較費時間,試想,在人山人海的求職現(xiàn)場,有哪些人愿意一個接一個的去抽簡歷浪費時間呢?
