一、標點符號一律使用半角。
二、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個半角空格。

七、對于有序列表，應(yīng)采用「阿拉伯數(shù)字 + 英文句點 + 半角空格」的方式。

十、正確使用各種短橫：em dash (—) 是破折號，en dash (–) 用來連接年份、時間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。

注意：
1. 若寫作時用兩個 hyphen (--) 代替破折號，Word 等文書處理軟件會自動將其轉(zhuǎn)為 em dash。有監(jiān)于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫作通用的替代法。
2. 破折號(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習(xí)慣之不同，無對錯之分。惟請在同一份簡歷中保持統(tǒng)一。
