　　艾賓浩斯記憶曲線法

　　一、 復(fù)習(xí)點(diǎn)的確定(根據(jù)艾賓浩斯記憶曲線制定)

　　1. 第一個(gè)記憶周期：5分鐘

　　2. 第二個(gè)記憶周期：30分鐘

　　3. 第三個(gè)記憶周期：12小時(shí)

　　4. 第四個(gè)記憶周期：1天

　　5. 第五個(gè)記憶周期：2天

　　6. 第六個(gè)記憶周期：4天

　　7. 第七個(gè)記憶周期：7天

　　8. 第八個(gè)記憶周期：15天

　　二、背誦方法

　　背誦要遵循大腦活動(dòng)的規(guī)律來進(jìn)行記憶。大腦一般有四個(gè)記憶高漲期：

　　1.早晨起床后。

　　由于大腦經(jīng)過一夜休息，既對(duì)前一天所學(xué)的知識(shí)有個(gè)重新的組合的過程，又對(duì)此時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)印象清晰;

　　2.上午8—10點(diǎn)。

　　這時(shí)人的精力最旺盛，大腦工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、思考周密，學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)容易理解和消化。

　　3.18— 21點(diǎn)，也是記憶的最佳時(shí)間。

　　睡前一小時(shí)，記憶知識(shí)有利于鞏固。

　　根據(jù)這一規(guī)律早晨最好安排短時(shí)記憶的內(nèi)容，如每天提問的內(nèi)容、考試時(shí)急用的知識(shí)等，上午適合學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)，晚上適合學(xué)習(xí)需要長(zhǎng)期記憶的內(nèi)容(復(fù)習(xí))。

　　三、記憶單詞過程

　　1.初記單詞時(shí)需要記憶的內(nèi)容：

　　a)單詞外觀，b) 單詞的中文釋義，c) 單詞的記憶法

　　2. 每個(gè)word list的具體背誦過程(每個(gè)list按12頁(yè)，每頁(yè)10個(gè)單詞計(jì))：

　　a) 背完一頁(yè)(大約5分鐘)，立即返回該頁(yè)第一個(gè)單詞開始復(fù)習(xí)(大約幾十秒)

　　b) 按上面方法背完1～6頁(yè)(大約在30分鐘)，回到第1頁(yè)開始復(fù)習(xí)(兩三分鐘)

　　c) 按上面同樣方法背完7～12頁(yè)，一個(gè)list結(jié)束

　　相當(dāng)于每個(gè)list被分為12個(gè)小的單元，每個(gè)小的單元自成一個(gè)復(fù)習(xí)系統(tǒng);每6個(gè)小單元組成一個(gè)大單元，2個(gè)大單元各自成為一個(gè)復(fù)習(xí)系統(tǒng)。背一個(gè)list總共需要一小時(shí)左右的時(shí)間。

　　四、復(fù)習(xí)過程

　　a) 復(fù)習(xí)方法：遮住中文釋義，盡力回憶該單詞的意思，幾遍下來都記不住的單詞可以做記號(hào)重點(diǎn)記憶

　　b) 復(fù)習(xí)一個(gè)list所需的時(shí)間為20分鐘以內(nèi)

　　c) 當(dāng)天的list最好在中午之前背完，最好睡覺前復(fù)習(xí)當(dāng)天所背的list

　　d) 在其后的1，2，4，7，15天后分別復(fù)習(xí)當(dāng)日所背的list

　　注意事項(xiàng)：

　　a)每天連續(xù)背誦2個(gè)list，并完成復(fù)習(xí)任務(wù);

　　b) 復(fù)習(xí)永遠(yuǎn)比記新詞重要，要反復(fù)高頻率的復(fù)習(xí)，復(fù)習(xí)，再?gòu)?fù)習(xí);

　　c) 一天都不能間斷，堅(jiān)持挺過這15天，之后每天都要花大約1小時(shí)復(fù)習(xí);

　　d) 每天的單詞量可自己安排，但不要少于80個(gè)
