1、應(yīng)試材料的準備
為了準備口語考試，可以準備一些材料，如 、《英語中級口語教程》《四、六級英語口語應(yīng)試》等。當(dāng)然如果了解口語考試的形式與內(nèi)容，選擇針對其考試的口語材料更為有效。
2、制定復(fù)習(xí)計劃
可以每天準備一個話題，話題的內(nèi)容最好是熱門話題或口試?？嫉脑掝}，常見熱門話題總結(jié)如下：Laid-off workers problem、Reforms of housing policy 、Going abroad 、 Globalization 、 Information age 、 Environmental protection and economic development 、Online learning 、Economic crisis 。
熱點話題在報紙、雜志上大多可以找到，也是很多考試寫作部分常出的題目，因此也可以參照考研或四、六級作文范文。但切忌全篇背誦所找到的材料，最好只借用其中某些素材，然后用自己的語言重新整理。
3、熟悉考場情況與考試流程
(1)進入考場：入室前要敲門，接著向考官問候，好的開始是成功的一半，雖不起眼但關(guān)系到你給考官的第一印象。
(2)自我介紹：要求簡潔、有新意，能夠讓考官微笑，但絕不可勉強。最重要的是，發(fā)音要準，不要太快，以別人聽懂為目的。但注意一定要聽考官的指示語，聽到考官說：Can you introduce yourself briefly/ say something about yourself 后再開始。
其實現(xiàn)在許多口語考試為了避免考生背誦準備好的自我介紹，都去除了這個部分，而是由一些簡單問題來代替，如：Where are you from?Could you say something about your hometown/Could you say something about your family/What do you usually do in your leisure time? 等。
(3)回答考官問題：此處不再贅述，但有一點要強調(diào)，回答問題要加上你的 reason，千萬不要只回答“YES”或“NO”
(4)討論：此處要適當(dāng)表達自己的觀點、看法，但一定要注意表達方式，要不偏激、中立客觀的看待問題。discussion 在考試中占了很大一部分時間。
(5)最后問題：建議最后一個考官的問題要盡可能多說，但要保證說到點子上。這是你進一步展示自己的大好機會，如果前面答題不太理想，也可借此補救一下。
(6)結(jié)束：考官明確說出：This is the end of the test thank you.說明考試正式結(jié)束。站起來，拿好自己的東西與考官說再見：Thank you goodbye. 或 Thank you for your interview, goodbye，然后離開。注意考試結(jié)束后不要問老師關(guān)于得分的問題，應(yīng)該馬上禮貌的離開。

I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned. I've set some high goals for myself.
For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis.
3、What would you like to be doing five years after graduation?

4、Why do you choose this major?
為什么選擇報考專業(yè)?這個問題是老師比較喜歡的一個問題。需要你表達自己對專業(yè)的喜歡，現(xiàn)在開始可以多查看相關(guān)的專業(yè)文章，對專業(yè)術(shù)語了解清楚，在復(fù)試中會有加分的機會。
I major in International Trade and have great interest in it. International trade currently become increasingly important in the world of globalization, and those companies desirous to file themselves into the international market and have to confront plenty of issues.
Thus, corresponding emphasis have been put on these issues in this field. But during my college study and internship period, I have found I have many to study, so it is very necessary and urgent for me to grasp firmly and comprehensively the relevant knowledge of international trade.
That is why I chose this major. Now I look forward to enriching my scope in this field in our university.
5、Why do you change your major?
為什么跨專業(yè)?這是跨專業(yè)考研同學(xué)幾乎必背的一個問題，多說報考專業(yè)的未來發(fā)展，少說原專業(yè)不合適。
I show keen interest in the (報考專業(yè)) studies, 報考方向 in particular, even though my major is 原專業(yè). You might ask me why, well, let’s tell you like this. 原專業(yè) are too abstract, full of terms, far away from the real world. I don’t mean that 原專業(yè) is useless.
But 報考專業(yè) studies seem more challenging, and promising for my future career. My plan is like this: start my work in a 相關(guān)行業(yè) firm and work as a 專業(yè)人士 so that I can try my best to help the clients, who they’re and where they’re from, whether they’re rich or poor.
That’s why I made up my mind to change my major and applied for this law school.
