一、住宿
學(xué)校提供的宿舍其實(shí)環(huán)境是比較好的,而且還會有人專門負(fù)責(zé)衛(wèi)生的清掃,不過價格并不便宜,雙人間一個月2000-3500元,單人間2800-4200元,而且部分學(xué)校申請還會有資格的限制。
而租房不僅更自由,而且還會有更多的選擇,相比較起來,合租的成本會更低,每個月要支付的租金和住學(xué)校的雙人間差不多,但是大家可以享受獨(dú)立臥室、更大房子,和衛(wèi)浴廚房。
二、購物
除了大筆固定的支出,大家平時的生活還會有很多小二的支出,主要就是在購物上面,日用品的補(bǔ)給就是要及時進(jìn)行的,不然會影響到生活,基礎(chǔ)預(yù)算一般需要500元左右。
而比較大的購物開銷,則是大家的服飾類商品的采購,考考慮到季節(jié)的變化,主要是可以利用換季打折的時候購買反季節(jié)的衣服,這樣會便宜一些,這部分的預(yù)算需要500-1000元。
三、餐飲
平時大家三餐的解決,可以直接去食堂,這樣會比較省事兒一些,大家基本上不需要提前準(zhǔn)備自己吃什么,自助的選擇可以讓大家更加的自由,而且價格也不貴,一個月1500元左右。
不過大家偶爾也會有聚餐的活動,在這里一般都會選擇AA的方式,大家可以平攤開銷,選擇一些性價比高的餐館,或者自己買菜做飯,都是不錯的選擇,成本不會很高。
四、出行
大家出門代步,一般會選擇公共類的交通工具,這樣基本上是會有更多的選擇,而且大部分的情況下,都是可以滿足需求的,這里的路線選擇是比較多的,而且方便安全。
學(xué)生出行還可以辦卡,對大家來說這是比較劃算的選擇,而且基本上都是能夠通用的,這樣對大家來說,在進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備的時候,不需要花很長的時間,一個月500元足夠了。

一、住宿合租

所以大家在渡過了過渡期之后,可以邀請關(guān)系比較好的朋友一起合租,這樣可以有效地降低大家的住宿相關(guān)的開銷,因?yàn)槌朔孔庵猓盟秒娪萌細(xì)獾榷际强梢赃M(jìn)行平攤的。
二、吃飯自炊
同樣的學(xué)校餐廳提供的自助雖然營養(yǎng)健康,但是一天的開銷加起來也是不便宜的,加上大家偶爾的聚餐聚會活動,以及買零食和水果的開銷,也是一筆不小的支出,降低成本方式還是自己做。
在這里只要不是購買進(jìn)口的食材,一般還是比較便宜的,而且還經(jīng)常在打烊前會有折扣,大家可以按照自己的安排進(jìn)行采購,只是做飯會比較花時間,還是可以有效的降低大家的開銷的。
三、購物折扣
而買東西也是會成為大家生活開銷的很大一部分,因?yàn)楣馐琴I必需品就是一筆不小的錢,再加上大家換季的時候需要更換衣服,還有鞋子等,在意大利這些東西的單價會比較高。
而如果是正價購買的話其實(shí)是會比較不劃算的,所以大家是等到商場有比較大的折扣的時候,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的采購,這樣才會比較省錢一些,可以關(guān)注相關(guān)的信息,先列清單。
四、出行代步
作為學(xué)生,大家平時出門一般也就是上下課和逛街以及買東西,不回去很遠(yuǎn)的地方,每天都需要坐車的話,其實(shí)加起來的開銷也不小,這時候可以考慮買輛自行車進(jìn)行代步。
這樣就只需要負(fù)擔(dān)買車的錢,出門可以不花錢代步,而且買車也不一定要買新車,二手的也是完全可以的,這樣對大家來說會特別的省錢,畢業(yè)后還可以賣出去。

Iam interested in the field of study of Organizational Behavior. In the past, I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and the corporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of their organizations, depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs), large multinational firms, or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations, acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor, who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research, such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.
In contrast, foreign enterprises tend to welcome employees who have the ability to make decisions on their own, though the extent to which this is true depends on whether the supervisor is a local Chinese or an expatriate. These organizat Applied Program:Organizational Behavior
