研究生文憑（Postgraduate Diploma）：一年的全日制課程，主要針對已取得學士學位之大學畢業(yè)生設計的，該文憑與學士學位的就讀領域或專業(yè)一定要相同，修讀課程相當于新西蘭碩士課程第一年。

新西蘭碩士學位

碩士學位（Master）：此類主要針對已取得學士學位之大學畢業(yè)生設計的，第一年是研究生文憑（Postgraduate Diploma），第二年是碩士（Master Degree）。對于本科欲轉專業(yè)的申請人而言如果在新西蘭留學生活完成碩士學位可能時間要三年之久。
