1、緊扣演講主旨

3、言簡意賅

即興演講的特點

1、鮮明性。即興發(fā)言是臨時穿插的很簡短的講話，所以要禁絕一切空話、套話，務(wù)必旗幟鮮明，中心突出，鼓舞人心，振聾發(fā)聵。

2、針對性。“即興發(fā)言”的“即”，便是“即席”、“即時”、“即景”，要針對當(dāng)時的情景、會議的內(nèi)容、聽眾的情緒，有的放矢地發(fā)表講話。
