We all make mistakes which are inevitable. What is worse is failure to correct own mistakes. While making mistakes is good, repeating mistakes is definitely not. Apart from correcting your own mistakes, we should learn from the mistakes.
You can only learn from a mistake after you admit you have made one. As soon as you start blaming other people, you distance yourself from any possible lesson that could be learned from it. But if you courageously stand up and honestly say "This is my mistake and I am responsible", the possibilities for learning will move towards you. Admission of a mistake, even if only privately to yourself, makes learning possible by moving the focus away from blaming yourself and towards understanding. Wise people admit their mistakes easily. They know progress accelerates when they do. On the other hand, for many reasons admitting mistakes is difficult. This is why some people consider that they can learn nothing from mistakes, We are taught in school, in our families, or at work to feel guilty about failure and to do whatever we can to avoid mistakes. This sense of shame combined with the inevitability of setbacks when attempting difficult things explains why many people give up on heir goals: they are not prepared for the mistakes and failures they will face on their way to what they want.
In conclusion, we can and should learn good lessons from past mistakes in order to be more successful in our private and public lives.
每個(gè)人都會(huì)犯錯(cuò)誤。更糟糕的是，我們不能改正自己的錯(cuò)誤。盡管犯錯(cuò)誤可能是好事，總是犯同樣的錯(cuò)誤絕不是什么好事。除了改正我們自己的錯(cuò)誤，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)從錯(cuò)誤中吸取教訓(xùn)。
只有在承認(rèn)自己所犯的錯(cuò)誤之后，你才能從錯(cuò)誤中吸取教訓(xùn)。一旦你開始責(zé)怪其他人，你就失去了從錯(cuò)誤中吸取教訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)。但是如果你有勇氣站出來(lái)誠(chéng)實(shí)地說(shuō)，‘這是我的錯(cuò)，我應(yīng)當(dāng)負(fù)責(zé)’，你就有可能從錯(cuò)誤中積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。承認(rèn)錯(cuò)誤，即使只是自己在私下承認(rèn)錯(cuò)誤，也會(huì)讓你逐漸懂得自我反省，能夠從錯(cuò)誤中領(lǐng)悟知識(shí)，吸取教訓(xùn)。聰明的人很容易承認(rèn)他們的錯(cuò)誤。他們知道承認(rèn)錯(cuò)誤會(huì)幫助自己進(jìn)步。另一方面，出于種種原因，承認(rèn)錯(cuò)誤是困難的。這就是一些人認(rèn)為他們?cè)阱e(cuò)誤中學(xué)不到任何東西的原因。我們?cè)趯W(xué)校、家庭和工作中懂得了失敗的愧疚感，于是就會(huì)盡力避免犯錯(cuò)。在我們嘗試?yán)щy的事情的時(shí)候，愧疚感以及無(wú)法避免的挫折，足以解釋許多人放棄目標(biāo)的原因。他們沒(méi)有準(zhǔn)備好面對(duì)成功之路上的錯(cuò)誤和失敗。

Failure Is SuccessEverybody is afraid of failure, because it means what they do is useless and they waste their energy and time. But people get the wrong idea about failure, in fact, failure is also success. If people want to be successful, they need to take action. Failure at least means people have tried to do, what’s more, people can learn from their unsuccessful experience, so that they can improve their methods. Every failure means the closeness of success, we should take the positive attitude to failure, we can get over it soon and people finally can get the victory. So when we meet the difficulties, don’t be afraid of the bad result, just take action.
每個(gè)人都害怕失敗，因?yàn)槟且馕吨麄兯龅氖菦](méi)有用的，浪費(fèi)了時(shí)間和精力。但是人們對(duì)失敗的看法是錯(cuò)誤的，事實(shí)上，失敗也是成功。如果人們想要成功，他們需要行動(dòng)。失敗至少意味著人們已經(jīng)嘗試去做，而且，人們能從他們不成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)中學(xué)習(xí)，這樣他們才能改進(jìn)方法。每個(gè)失敗意味著與成功的靠近，我們應(yīng)該樂(lè)觀對(duì)待失敗，快速克服失敗，最后人們才能得到勝利。所以當(dāng)我們遇到困難了，不要害怕不好的結(jié)果，要行動(dòng)起來(lái)。

Failure is the mother of success.Sometimes people have to cope with many mistakes and failures in order to reach the successful finals.While others might succumb to failure,they tend to retreat and give in their efforts.Success often provides confidence and satisfaction,nevertheless failure companies with bitter,saddness,and suffering.It seems people have to learn through each experience,as success doesn't always falls from heaven.
I remembered I used to fail on my vocabury test when I was in high school.I had problem to memorize new words which got lloose each day.I almost decided to give up English,but was obliged to one of my neighbour classmates who kept on sending small sheet for me.In the end of the semester,I found I had finished my vocabulary book which became a work force in reading English.I then realized that a new word came and left our brains for several times.Nobody is born as genius for success.Success tends to arrive after a serial of trials and failures.
Of course,success brings confidence and victory.But,life is not always easy and comfortable.There are more difficulties than eases in the real life.It is likely that we have to face some failures ahead.Therefore,those who learn how to deal and endure failures will taste their success eventually.
