Nowadays, most companies are faced with a common problem that feeling hard to find permanent employees. Many of their employees will leave the company after a period of time. In my opinion, this phenomenon is a serious problem needs to be solved. But, we need to find out the causing reasons at first.

First of all, employees do not get what they want. For most employees, what they want are good salary and the chance to develop. For one thing, some companies can not offer enough treatment for their employees to match their pay on work. If they are not satisfied, they will leave one day for sure. For another, if employees can find another job, which has more opportunities for advancement, they will make their choice. After all, man struggles upwards; water flows downwards.
首先，員工沒有得到他們想要的。對(duì)于大多數(shù)員工來說，他們需要的是高薪和發(fā)展的機(jī)會(huì)。一方面，一些公司無法滿足員工在工作上的付出所應(yīng)得的報(bào)酬。如果員工不滿意，他們肯定有一天是會(huì)離開的。另一方面，如果員工可以找到另一份有更多發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)的工作，他們也會(huì)做出自己的選擇的。畢竟，人往高處走水往低處流。
Knowing the reason, it is not hard to solve this problem. The company should make some measures to balance their employees’ pay and gain according to their contribution for the company. In addition, picking up some excellent people to take a refresher course is also a good measure. But employees also should devote themselves to their job.
了解了原因，解決這個(gè)問題就不難了。公司應(yīng)該根據(jù)員工對(duì)公司的貢獻(xiàn)平衡其付出與收獲。此外，挑選一些優(yōu)秀人才去進(jìn)修也是一個(gè)很好的方法。但是，員工也應(yīng)該全身心的投入工作。
If both companies and employee can understand each other, both of them are able to find what they want easier.

When it comes to the tree-planting day, everybody knows it’s a day that call on people to plant more trees and stop cutting down trees blindly, but few people know the story behind tree-planting day. The tree-planting day was dedicated in the memory of Sun Yat-sen. Mr. Sun had always pay great attention to trees planting. In the year of 1914, he promulgated the first Forest Law in history. Then the government and the ordinary people started to plant trees in the spring. On March 12th, 1925, Mr. Sun passed away, in order to memorialize the great contribution he had make to our country, the government decided every year of this day is the tree-planting day.
當(dāng)提到植樹節(jié)，人們都會(huì)聯(lián)想到這是一個(gè)號(hào)召大家種植更多樹木，停止盲目砍伐樹林的節(jié)日。但是鮮有人知植樹節(jié)的由來。植樹節(jié)最先是為了紀(jì)念孫中山先生的。孫先生一直很重視植樹造林，在1914年，他頒布了我國歷史上第一個(gè)《森林法》。政府和普通群眾便開始在春天植樹造林。在1925年3月12日，孫中山先生病逝，為了紀(jì)念他對(duì)中國所作出的偉大貢獻(xiàn)，政府把每年的3月12日定為植樹節(jié)。
In 2014, the slogan of tree-planting day is Embrace the spring, Sow the Green. Trees are so important to our planet. The naturalists compare the trees to human beings lungs. It’s true that trees take in the carbon dioxide and other toxic gas and give off oxygen which living beings lives on it. If trees were all cut down, the earth would be a disaster. First of it, the temperature will raising then the glaciers will melt. Thus the cities near the ocean will be flooded. Second, the trees are the habitat of many animals. When we cut down trees, we not only destroy animals’ habitats but also ourselves’. We just gradually destroy natural links. Last but not least, trees can prevent water loss and soil erosion; it’s the key to maintain the balance.
在2014年，植樹節(jié)的主題是“擁抱春天，播種綠色”。樹木對(duì)我們的地球來說非常重要。自然學(xué)家甚至把樹木比作人類的肺部。樹木能夠吸收二氧化碳和其他有毒氣體，并轉(zhuǎn)化成生物們賴以生存的氧氣。如果把樹木全部砍掉，那么地球就會(huì)陷入災(zāi)難之中。首先，氣溫會(huì)升高，然后冰川就會(huì)融化，導(dǎo)致近海的城市會(huì)被海水給淹沒。其次，很多生物把樹木當(dāng)成自己的棲息地。當(dāng)我們砍伐樹木時(shí)，我們也破壞了自己的家園。生物鏈就慢慢被我們給瓦解了。最后，樹木能阻止水土流失。它是保護(hù)生態(tài)平衡的關(guān)鍵。
Trees are so important for living beings. Eighty nine years has passed by, we still marvelous at Mr. Sun’s foresight and wisdom that he knew planting trees and protect the environment is the foundation of developing a strong and wealthy country.
