本學(xué)期我依然上(1)、(2)班,通過(guò)七年級(jí)整年和八年級(jí)上學(xué)期的'英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí),大多數(shù)學(xué)生已能聽(tīng)懂有關(guān)熟悉話(huà)題的語(yǔ)句。能與教師或同學(xué)就熟悉的話(huà)題交換信息。能讀懂一些簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)文段。但由于各種因素的影響,學(xué)生總體的基礎(chǔ)明顯的參差不齊,;有少數(shù)學(xué)生因?yàn)榛A(chǔ)不夠好,學(xué)習(xí)很吃力而自暴自棄,這給教學(xué)帶來(lái)不少困難。但大部分學(xué)生有明確的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),有一定的自覺(jué)性,學(xué)生的紀(jì)律總體還是不錯(cuò),這樣為學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。

2、積極參與課堂改革,將學(xué)生充分調(diào)動(dòng)起來(lái);

3、準(zhǔn)確引導(dǎo)尖子生,抓好中等生,輔導(dǎo)好學(xué)困生;

4、作業(yè)做到及時(shí)批改,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)反饋或單獨(dú)輔導(dǎo);
