一、本學(xué)期的指導(dǎo)思想:
在本學(xué)期的英語教學(xué)中,堅持以下理念的應(yīng)用:

二、所教班級學(xué)生基本情況分析:
本屆七年級五班和六班的學(xué)生和以往初二學(xué)生相比在英語基礎(chǔ)方面很薄弱,由于英語課并未受到足夠的重視,他們在寫的技能方面基本上沒有得到過訓(xùn)練,連音標和字母的拼讀都沒有掌握好。經(jīng)過上學(xué)期我們幾位英語老師的不懈努力,學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識得到了加強,學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度也有所好轉(zhuǎn)。但是學(xué)生整體的惰性還是很強,自覺性很差。
另外,學(xué)生在情感態(tài)度,學(xué)習(xí)策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:很多學(xué)生不能明確學(xué)習(xí)英語的目的,沒有真正認識到學(xué)習(xí)英語的目的在于交流;有些同學(xué)在學(xué)習(xí)中缺乏小組合作意識;大多數(shù)同學(xué)沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,不能做好課前預(yù)習(xí)課后復(fù)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)語言規(guī)律,不注意知識的鞏固和積累。
