Young people and old people do not always agree. They sometimes have difficult ideas about living, working and playing. In one special program in Florida State, adults and teenagers learn to live together in a friendly way.
Every summer 80 teenagers and 40 adults live together for six weeks as members of a special work group. Everybody works several hours every day. 今年我校高一年級(jí)共有六個(gè)班,兩個(gè)國(guó)興班,四個(gè)普通班。學(xué)生整體英語(yǔ)水平較低,普遍英語(yǔ)底子差,基礎(chǔ)薄。我擔(dān)任6班和4班的英語(yǔ)老師,這兩個(gè)班分別是文科的普通班和理科的普通班,基礎(chǔ)相對(duì)較差,并且學(xué)生的成績(jī)參差不齊。
四、教材簡(jiǎn)要分析
本學(xué)期完成英語(yǔ)模塊必修(3)和必修(4)兩個(gè)模塊。共10個(gè)單元內(nèi)容。
具體安排:對(duì)于10個(gè)單元,每一單元用10課時(shí),課本的學(xué)習(xí)可以這樣進(jìn)行:

為了高中階段的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)可以比較順利的展開(kāi),使學(xué)生打牢英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)不至于出現(xiàn)知識(shí)斷層,本學(xué)期要有計(jì)劃的把學(xué)生初中學(xué)過(guò)的但掌握不好的詞匯、短語(yǔ)、句型、語(yǔ)法分插于10個(gè)單元的.新課教學(xué)中。
2、英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)方法的指導(dǎo)和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)
學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成敗的關(guān)鍵。英語(yǔ)教師要指導(dǎo)學(xué)生掌握正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法,通過(guò)嚴(yán)格持久的訓(xùn)練,養(yǎng)成良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,發(fā)揮他們的潛能,提高學(xué)習(xí)效率,培養(yǎng)自學(xué)英語(yǔ)的能力。
各科通用的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣
A:課前預(yù)習(xí)和自學(xué)的習(xí)慣。這是學(xué)生學(xué)好新課,取得高效率的學(xué)習(xí)成果的基礎(chǔ);
B:始終保持高度集中的注意力聽(tīng)課,勤記筆記的習(xí)慣;
C:課后及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)的習(xí)慣。及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)能加深和鞏固對(duì)新學(xué)知識(shí)的理解和記憶;
D:良好的完成作業(yè)習(xí)慣。

5、備課組成員之間互相聽(tīng)課
備課組成員之間互相聽(tīng)課,不一定是整個(gè)備課組統(tǒng)一進(jìn)行,而是自行看著課程表安排,有空堂就可以商量互相聽(tīng)課,并且在互相聽(tīng)課之后互相評(píng)課。對(duì)照發(fā)下去的課堂教學(xué)評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),幫助對(duì)方檢查是否都達(dá)到了要求,把評(píng)課重點(diǎn)放在學(xué)生在這節(jié)課是否學(xué)有所得,學(xué)生是否動(dòng)起來(lái)了。
