　　小作文的寫作結(jié)構(gòu)

　　1)信件

　　信頭

　　引言(2句)：表明身份 / 立場——表明來意

　　主體(4句)：主題句——分論點 1，2

　　結(jié)尾(2句：總結(jié)句——套話

　　信尾

　　【注意點】

　　信頭左頂格，通常是“Dear / You esteemed XX”，其后接逗號(不同于漢語的冒號)。稱謂可以是頭銜(如 editor，manager)，名(如 Tom，Michael)，,或 Mr. / Ms / Miss / Mrs + 姓 (如 Mr. Wang，Mrs Clinton)。對象不明時，可用尊稱(Sir / Madam)或泛指(To whom it may concern)。

　　信尾右頂格分兩行，第一行為客套話，第二行為簽名(不可寫真實名字)。客套話可用 Yours sincerely / faithfully (后跟逗號)。簽名位于客套話右下方，需使用題目中給出的名字 (不可寫真實名字)。

　　2)備忘錄/報告

　　抬頭

　　引言(2句)：交代背景——表明事由

　　主體(3句)：交代任務(wù) 1，2

　　結(jié)尾(2句)：任務(wù)要點——完成期限

　　From:寫信人

　　Date:寫信時間

　　Subject:寫信主題

　　As we discussed earlier this week, I agree with you that our firm is confronted with problem of...

　　We need to make up a plan for ...I would like you to design 活動. We had better classify the employees and put them in the program in turn.

　　Write a brief proposal about your ideas of the program and present it to us in the meeting of the board. The presentation is supposed to cover every detail of the project in terms of time, place, and people involved.

　　3)告示

　　抬頭

　　引言(2句)：交代背景——表明事由

　　主體(4句)：主題句——分論點1，2

　　結(jié)尾(2句)：聯(lián)系方式——套話

　　【舉例】

　　抬頭:Notice, Lost, Found, Contributions, Wanted, Acknowledgement, Correction, Poster; XXX Wanted

　　A ... is to be held for ... / by ...+時間. As it is meant to enhance communication between.../ help those in need / ..., we are badly in need of XXX to ensure that every thing would go smoothly.

　　First and foremost, those who have relevant experience are preferred. Second, team spirit, diligence, and dedication are some of the qualities we desire. Other requirements include attendance and good oral English.

　　小作文的命題類型包括：信函、備忘錄、告示。其中話題范圍包括: 申請信、求職信、拒絕信、邀請信、感謝信、道歉信、投訴信、慰問信、推薦信、 建議信、咨詢信、祝賀信等。

　　小作文寫作應(yīng)遵循總分總結(jié)構(gòu)(告示和摘要除外)，即:introduction-body-conclusion三段論。文章長度以7~8句為宜，盡量用簡短的語句，并注意關(guān)聯(lián)詞、銜接詞的運用，讓閱卷者對你的文章結(jié)構(gòu)及表意一目了然。
