　　她說(shuō)，“畢業(yè)生們往往根據(jù)眼前的利益比較工作的好壞，但是他們忘了，許多公司剛開(kāi)始提供給畢業(yè)生的都是初級(jí)崗位，但是一到兩年之后，他們才會(huì)被委以重任，升任更好的崗位。”
