That's why people are so engaged to be confident and that's also how confidence is so required in today's hiring decisions. But to build up your confidence level is not easy. It takes time and a hell of practices. But most importantly, you'd have to be confident about the content you're sharing to people. In other word, your suggestions or explanations must be professional. Furthermore, you'd have to express it in the way that makes people think you are fully aware of what you are talking about. You don't doubt it, you don't guess it but you just know it. You know it's right and you know it means something to people. More than the content people are interpreting, people analyze your body language, tone, expressing speed and so forth. You'd have to spend time on reading related psychology books. When you have the ability to analyze these behaviours, you are so much closer to be a confident person yourself.
