　　1. help sb. to do sth. 　幫助某人做某事。

　　Can you help me to learn English ?　　 你能幫助我學(xué)英語嗎?

　　I can't help you to lift this stone.　 我不能幫你搬這塊石頭。

　　2. be of some/ no/ much help to sb. 對某人有些 / 沒有 / 很有幫助。

　　This book is of great help to me.　　 這本書對我很有幫助。

　　Is this magazine of any help to you ?　　 這本雜志對你有些幫助嗎?

　　3. help oneself ( to )自用(食物等)。

　　Help yourself to the fish. 請隨便吃魚。

　　Please help yourself to some pork.　 請隨便吃點肉。

　　4. help sb. into/ out of 攙扶某人進(jìn)入 / 走出。

　　He helped the patient out of the hospital.　　 他攙扶病人走出了醫(yī)院。
