help的用法說(shuō)明如下：
1. help sb. to do sth. 幫助某人做某事。
Can you help me to learn English ? 你能幫助我學(xué)英語(yǔ)嗎？
I can't help you to lift this stone. 我不能幫你搬這塊石頭。
2. be of some/ no/ much help to sb. 對(duì)某人有些 / 沒(méi)有 / 很有幫助。
This book is of great help to me. 這本書(shū)對(duì)我很有幫助。
Is this magazine of any help to you ? 這本雜志對(duì)你有些幫助嗎？
3. help oneself （ to ）自用（食物等）。
Help yourself to the fish. 請(qǐng)隨便吃魚(yú)。

4. help sb. into/ out of 攙扶某人進(jìn)入 / 走出。
