電話是現(xiàn)代商人越來越常用的一種交流工具，因此，了解一下打電話的一般禮貌要求是很有用的。打電話的基本原則是簡明扼要，切忌羅嗦，既突出不了問題，又占用別人時間，從而引起別人反感。打電話的禮儀，拿起電話不要說Hi, 要說Hello!
情況一: 打電話的人找的是你自己
Is Daisy there? Daisy 在嗎?
Speaking. 我就是，說吧。
That's me. 我就是。
This is Daisy. 我就是 Daisy.
This is she. 我就是。(注: 男的用 This is he.)
You're speaking/talking to her. 你正在跟她說話。
情況二: 要找的人不在
