　　It is imperative for us to take drastic measures to reverse the disturbing trend/phenomenon illustrated in the picture. Personally,the solution mainly relies on the joint efforts of individuals and authorities concerned.Thus, to boost civic consciousness and to better government function are the two most important factors of working out the problem. 　　As the society develops, the trend is bound to continue for a couple of years in the near/ forthcoming future. As far as I am concerned, it is a positive/ negative trend and should be stimulated/controlled, since it is beneficial not merely to individuals but to the whole society.
