　　在紐約上大學(xué)的Michael明天將來(lái)要考試，可是他的中國(guó)同學(xué)李華一定要他去參加一個(gè)聚會(huì)。李華今天學(xué)到的兩個(gè)常用語(yǔ)是：hit 跟to roll。

　　L：Michael，你允許跟我一起來(lái)加入聚會(huì)，我得謝謝你呀! 你曉得嗎，我不太習(xí)慣在這種場(chǎng)合跟那些不意識(shí)的人聊天。 嗨， Michael，那不是你的朋友Steve嗎?我聽(tīng)說(shuō)，只有有party 他必定參加。

　　M：No, "hit" here means he is the most popular person at these parties. "Hit" is a word used to describe someone or something that makes a favorable impression.

　　L：啊呀，英文可真難學(xué)。一個(gè)詞在這里是這個(gè)意思，在那里又變了意思。你說(shuō)的hit是指大家都很喜好的人。那hit用做這個(gè)意思的時(shí)候能指東西嗎?

　　M：Yeah, things can also be called a hit. For instance, you can say "that song is a hit with teenagers".

　　L：對(duì)了，有的歌曲非常熱門(mén)，這也能稱(chēng)為hit。 你方才說(shuō)："That song is a hit with teeangers"， 意思是："青少年特別喜歡的一首歌。" 這么說(shuō)，"年輕人喜歡的一首歌"就是。。。
