P: Hello!
C: Hello!
P: This is Zhang Hong speaking, I'm getting married next month.
C: Oh, really! Congratulations! What can I do for you?
P: You see, I've just got a week for our wedding leave. It is too short for us to finish our plan by train. We'd like to visit Shanghai and Hangzhou.
C: Both Shanghai and Hangzhou are good places for you to visit. Do you mean to stay in the two cities as long as possible and to spend time on your way as short as possible?
P: Yes, quite right. I think if we travel by train it would take us 4 or 5 days, and we wouldn't have enough time to spend in the cities. So I want to know your suggestions.

長途飛機(jī)，飛機(jī)上備有酒水、茶點(diǎn)、食品、早餐、正餐等，免費(fèi)供應(yīng)。
乘客和空乘之間可能會(huì)發(fā)生如下對話：
Flight Attendant: We have apple juice and orange juice. Which would you like?
空乘：我們有蘋果汁和橙汁，請問您要哪種?
Passenger: Orange juice, please.
乘客：請給我橙汁。
Passenger: Thank you.
乘客：謝謝。
Flight Attendant: You are welcome.
空乘：不客氣。
每張飛機(jī)座椅上都有呼叫按鈕，當(dāng)乘客需要幫助時(shí)可以使用此按鈕請空乘人員提供服務(wù)。如果我們的老師有需要時(shí)(例如：暈機(jī))，也可以請空乘提供服務(wù)。

乘飛機(jī)時(shí)萬一丟失行李，不要慌張，可找機(jī)場行李管理人員協(xié)助尋找，要及時(shí)向航空公司駐該機(jī)場辦事處反映情況。用簡單而清楚的英語，向工作人員描述本身行李特色，提供足夠資料。一時(shí)找不到，可填寫申報(bào)單交航空公司，并索要該航空公司機(jī)場辦事處的電話號碼，以便再次聯(lián)系。果真丟失，航空公司會(huì)照章賠償。
