What`s this I hear about you arguing with management over their latest expansion decision? 我聽說你和管理層就他們最新的擴張計劃大肆辯論.是這樣嗎?
詹妮:
Not just arguing about it. I`m quitting in protest. 不只是辯論.我還要辭職以示抗議.
蘇:
What? You`re quitting? Why? 什么?你辭職?為什么?
詹妮:
Because the senior managers are making some stupid decisions that are not in the best interest of the company and the people that work for it. 因為高級經(jīng)理們正在做一些無視公司和員工利益的愚蠢的決定.
蘇:
What sort of decisions? 什么決定?
詹妮:
They want to slash costs by laying off 40 employees. 他們想要通過解雇40名員工來削減費用.
