TO Success:Opportunity or hard-working?
Every body wants to succeed.But when it comes to the question that which factor leads to success,opportunity or hard-work,different people will offer different answers.
Some people think that opportunity is the first factor leading to success.They hold the idea,as a proverb saying,“Man proposes,god disposes”.Because almost all successful people have good luck and have caught their valuable opportunities,they believe that opportunity is a leading condition of the success.If seizes and makes the best use of opportunity available,one can succeed surely.In summary,to them,chances and lucks play the most important role on the road to success.
However,others maintain that “no pains,no gains” .Without exerting oneself,one could never expect to achieve success in no matter what one is doing.As is known to all,there is no royal road to the summit of success.One is likely to succeed only when one has worked with whole-hearted devotion and perseverance.Those who are lazy,sloppy and indifferent to their work,those who never concentrate on work will definitely end in failure.On the whole,as far as they are concerned,hard-working is the decisive factor to success.
In my view,both hard work and opportunity eventually matters.They are inseparable from each other,and put together,they make a great success.Hard work is to luck what fish is to water,and can be seen as an interior precondition of success.It lays the corner-stone for building a house while luck serves to cement it,to make the building bricks adherent to one another.They are the twins that contribute to success together.They are the factors from within and without respectively.We must work hard,make efforts and get prepared.When opportunities come,meet and make full use of them.Only in this way can we succeed one day.

Everyone wants to get a good and highly-paid job, however, that is not so easy, fur one thing, there are maybe many other candidates competing fur the job, fur another, one have to pass through stone tough phases hefure getting the job, among which interview is an important one. Interview is the meeting between job applicants and the personnel directors of a company. During the meeting,the company tries to get some information about applicants' educational background, working experience, personal desire and personal qualities. Meanwhile,the company may offer stone information about the company and a certain post. Interview is quite important, from the interview, the personnel director can make judgement whether the applicant is the right person or not. If one wants to get a jab, he must make sure his jab interview is a successful one. How can one ensure the success of interview? First, the applicant should show confidence, confidence can convince the interviewer, the interviewee can overcome the passible difficulties in his future work. Secondly,the interviewee should be honest, if the sign of dishonesty was noticed, the interviewee will surely lose the opportunity, as no one wants to employ a person who is not reliable. Thlrdly,the applicants should show the interviewer that he is quite knawledgeable and can perform the duty perfectly.
If one can behave as what I suggested, his chance of getting post will be very high.

There is an old saying that confident is the first step to succeed. Suppose that a person is not confident, how he gets trust from others. A singer singing in the stage without nervous means he is confident. Public speakers express their opinions to others without tension which also means he is confident. Confidence offers people courage to overcome difficulties, what’s more, if people believe themselves, they may meet more opportunities that they had never thought about.

The second key helps people succeed is honesty. There is no denying that most of friendships are based on honesty and most of businesses are based on friendship. Honest people are easy to get others’ respect and people often prefer to cooperate with the honest ones rather than liars. It’s obvious that no one could tolerate a friend always tell lies. China have a famous story which is about a shepherd boy who wants to play farmers and lie to them a wolf is coming. After he lies to them twice, a wolf is really appears, when he asks them for help, no one believe him anymore.

Beside what I talk about above, I consider that perseverance is an essential personality to people who want to succeed. Everyone will meet problems, but not everyone could insist. In fact, perseverance is another attitude which belongs to optimistic. A famous saying is that difficulty is like a spring which weakens in face of a strong-willed but strengthens in face of a faint-hearted. When people run into problems, as long as they persevere, they will be closed to success.
除了上面我所提到的，我認(rèn)為毅力是想取得成功的重要性格。每個(gè)人都會(huì)遇到的問題，但并不是每個(gè)人都能堅(jiān)持。事實(shí)上，毅力是另一種樂觀的態(tài)度是。有一句名言說的是，困難就像彈簧，你弱它就強(qiáng)。在人們遇到問題時(shí)，只要持之以恒，就會(huì)成功。
To conclusion, everyone has his personality. Kindhearted people make others feel warm, and humorous guys bring happiness to people; enthusiastic ones could easy be on good terms with others. Sometimes people’s personality decide who they are, even who they want to be.
