  G類的小作文絕大多數(shù)都是以書信形式展開的,這一形式本身決定了它與A類小作文有著很大的區(qū)別。但仔細(xì)分析一下題目,基本萬變不離其宗,下面以劍9的一道題目為例來進(jìn)行題目分析。

  首先,作文題目會給出一個(gè)情境,也就是要寫這封信的事由和目的。緊接著,題目用小標(biāo)題的形式給出了三個(gè)要求,也就是書信必須要講清楚的三件事情,告訴大家要寫什么。這樣清晰的題目提出的方法,給審題降低了很大的難度,也為評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一的“人物完成”減輕了很大的負(fù)擔(dān),因?yàn)榇蠹抑灰椭@樣的要求一一回應(yīng)就可以,而非像A類圖表題一樣還要?jiǎng)雍艽竽X筋去想該寫什么內(nèi)容才能最好地回應(yīng)任務(wù)。

  條理清晰的問題提出方法,也為文章的結(jié)構(gòu)指出了一條明路。大家只需要為題目中的目的介紹和三個(gè)條目分別安排一段即可。在順序上,如果有進(jìn)行自我介紹的要求(如果有,一般出現(xiàn)在三個(gè)條目的第一條),就將自我介紹和寫信目的寫在第一段,將剩下兩個(gè)條目分別寫一段。

  信件結(jié)構(gòu)輕松搞定,現(xiàn)在來關(guān)心一下格式問題。首先,地址是不需要寫。開頭稱謂頂格寫,有時(shí)試卷會給出完整的稱謂,有時(shí)只給出“Dear…”。如果沒有給出稱謂,我們采取的方案就是以下兩種中的一種:根據(jù)情境的要求,如果完全不認(rèn)識收信人,寫上“Dear Sir/Madam”;如果認(rèn)識收信人,就來給收信人編一個(gè)名字吧,例如“Dear Jack”“Dear Mr Green”等。注意稱謂結(jié)束用一個(gè)逗號。主體段的各段都頂格寫,每段之間空一行。落款的祝福有很多種寫法,通用的方法是“Sincerely yours”頂格寫,后面接逗號。而后空一行留下名字,同樣,名字也給自己編一個(gè),不要用真名,寫個(gè)“Mary”啊“Tom”啊都可以。
