  在當(dāng)今商品經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,商品買(mǎi)賣(mài)活動(dòng)非常普遍。在日常生活中,人們常會(huì)遇到對(duì)所購(gòu)商品質(zhì)量或售后服務(wù)不滿意的情況,這時(shí)可以寫(xiě)投訴信(A Letter of Complaint )求得解決。投訴信與普通書(shū)信的格式基本相同。但要注意的是,寫(xiě)投訴信的目的是為了求得一個(gè)解決問(wèn)題的辦法而不是為了泄憤,因此寫(xiě)信時(shí)一定要注意態(tài)度誠(chéng)懇、直截了當(dāng)。

  一、一封投訴信應(yīng)包括三個(gè)最基本的方面:

  一般放在信的開(kāi)頭。常用的表達(dá)法有:
