創(chuàng)造奇跡 Creating Miracle
Beijing Olympic Games gives the world so many surprises, we show our new image to the world. Many Chinese heroes fought for the right to hold the Olympic Games, finally we made it. Now we are also successful in winning the right to hold the winter Olympic Games. Our insistence helps us to make so many miracles.
北京奧運會給世界帶來了很多驚喜，我們向世界展示了我們的新形象。很多中國的英雄們?yōu)榕e辦奧運會的權(quán)利而奮斗，最終我們辦到了。如今我們也成功贏得了舉辦冬季奧運會的權(quán)利。我們的堅持幫助我們創(chuàng)造了很多奇跡。
Beijing has become the only city to hold the summer and winter Olympic Games so far, we are so proud of it. But the road to achieve this amazing phenomenon is such tough. Early in the 1990s, we started to compete for the vote, but the world did not know our country, the judgers believed that our country was far away from the qualification. So we were rejected again and again. Thanks to the insistent effort, we won the vote and fulfilled this dream. Two days ago, we won another vote for holding the winter Olympic Games. Two times to win the rights is such inspiring news, we are creating miracle all the time.
北京目前成為了唯一能舉辦夏季和冬季奧運會的城市，我們?yōu)榇烁械阶院?。但是在到達(dá)如此驚人成就的這條路卻是那么的艱難。早在1990年，我們就開始了競爭投票，但是世界并不了解我們國家，裁判們覺得中國還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)未達(dá)到資格。因此我們遭到了一次又一次的拒絕。多虧了堅持不懈的努力，我們贏得了選票，實現(xiàn)了愿望。兩天以前，我們也贏得了另外一場投票，那就是舉辦冬季奧運會。這兩次贏得舉辦權(quán)是如此鼓舞人心的消息，我們一直在創(chuàng)造奇跡。

人腦和電腦 The Brain and The Computer
When computer came into being, it developed so fast and its functions are various. Computer brings people convenience, people count on them to do their work. It is believed that computer has taken place of the brain. While in my opinion, computer can’t overpass the brain.
當(dāng)電腦出現(xiàn)以后，它發(fā)展很快，功能也多樣。電腦給人們帶來了方便，人們依賴電腦來做工作。有人相信電腦已經(jīng)取代了人腦。然而在我看來，電腦無法超越人腦。
Computer is the process that is designed by human beings. Computer is the robot, the scientists design the complicated process and then make it to work. People can control the computer to do their own things. Even though computer works in a very fast way, its process will goes wrong sometimes. Such as the translation, computer always translates the words one by one, making the meaning very ridiculous.
電腦是人類設(shè)計的程序。電腦是機器，科學(xué)家設(shè)計了復(fù)雜的程序，然后讓程序工作。人們可以控制電腦來做他們自己的事情。即使電腦工作得很快，但是它的程序有時候也會出錯。比如翻譯，電腦總是一個字接一個字的翻譯，使得意思很荒謬。
Computer can’t take place of the brain because it has no emotion. The process just gives people the direct result and computer can’t think in their own way. But people’ brain has its own thinking and the critical mind makes the great difference. The brain surpasses progress because people have the ability to think.
電腦無法取代人腦因為它沒有感情。程序僅僅給予人們直接的答案，電腦無法自己思考。但是人們的大腦有著自己的思考，批判性思維使得人腦和電腦有所區(qū)分。大腦比程序優(yōu)越因為人們有思考的能力。
In all, though computer works fast and precise, it can’t take place of the brain.
總的來說，雖然電腦運轉(zhuǎn)快速并且精確，但是它始終無法代替大腦。
英語口語測試是否必要? Is the Test of Spoken English Necessary?
Since we go to school, we have to learn English, English has been one of the main subjects. Most students learn English for the purpose of getting high scores in the paper test, so they don’t pay attention to the spoken English. It is not good for students to master the language, the test of spoken English is very necessary.
自從我們上學(xué)起，就要學(xué)習(xí)英語，英語已經(jīng)成為了一門主要的科目。大部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語是為了在考試中得到高分?jǐn)?shù)，因此他們不注重英語口語。這樣是不利于學(xué)生掌握一門語言，英語口語的測試是很重要的。
The language we learn is for the purpose of using it. At school, most students only treat this subject as the gate of getting into university. We can always find that the student who is good at getting the high score of English test is bad at spoken English. The student even can’t have the normal conversation. How bad it is, this situation must need to be changed.
我們學(xué)習(xí)語言是為了使用它。在學(xué)校，大部分學(xué)生僅僅把英語當(dāng)做進(jìn)入大學(xué)的門檻。我們總能發(fā)現(xiàn)擅長在英語考試中拿高分的學(xué)生，他并不擅長口語。甚至無法用英語進(jìn)行正常的交流。這多么糟糕啊，這個情況必須得改變。
If the test of spoken English becomes necessary, the students will make their efforts to improve their ability of speaking English. They will have the motivation to do it, though it is compulsory, it is indeed good to student.
如果英語口語測試是必須的，學(xué)生們就會努力去提高講英語的能力。他們會有動力去學(xué)習(xí)口語，雖然是強制性的，但是確實對學(xué)生來說是有好處的。
The English test should be combined the paper with speaking. So the students can better master the language and make it practical.
英語測試應(yīng)該是筆試和口語結(jié)合在一起。這樣學(xué)生才能更好地掌握一門語言，并且將其實踐。
