　　In recent years, media are getting increasingly prevalent and playing a significant role in our life. When it comes to information life, people’s views vary from individual to individual. Some people hold that international media is a blessing; while others maintain that news paper is a hell.

 

　　As far as I’m concerned, I’m in favor of the former view. To begin with, electronic media changes the way of our Day Life. More importantly, electronic media is easy to take more convenient and shortcut. Finally, electronic media enriches the users’ life and keep the users are informed of the outside word as well.

 

　　It can’t be denied that electronic media has unfavorable aspects as news paper. But provided that we have an appropriate attitude towards news and make a proper use of them, electronic media will benefit us more than one way.

　　不置可否，從過多的信息來說，電子媒介也有不好的一面。但是，假如我們能夠以合理的態(tài)度對待信息，并正確的利用這些信息，電子媒介對我們就會(huì)更加有益。

 

　　In recent years, the electronic media plays a significant role in people’s daily life and the plane media was impacted by its showing up. Which one is much better to us?

 

　　In my opinion, with the development of society, people’s attitude and outlook on life have changed. The electronic media can help them to expand their horizon and knowledge. More importantly, electronic media is more convenient to people’s life. In the old days, there is just few plane media to meet people’s needs, such as newspaper and magazine. But, it’s too simple and plain. In other words, it can’t satisfy our various requests. So, with the electronic media coming to the world, people prefer its colorful pictures and vivid voice rather than the plain way of the plane media. Finally, electronic media can deliver some information accurately in a short time. Like The 911 event, all of the people around the world were informed almost at the same time.

 

　　With the development of the society, electronic media will be bound to continue to develop for a few years in the future. As far as I know, it’s a positive trend and should be encouraged. But the plane media will service at the same time, both of them are beneficial for us.

　　It’s illustrated in the table that the number of “VS Population Growth over time” is rapidly raising from the year 1800 to 2000 while the number of “VS Species extinction over time” is roughly going up.

 

　　What accounts for the enormous change? Firstly, the table shows the negative effect of the earth’s growing human population on its wildlife. With the development of the economic production, people destroy a lot of fields which is suitable for wildlife’s living. Apparently, the weather changes as the environment changes. Meanwhile, the ideal conditions for wildlife fade away. Most importantly, resources are declining accompanied by the rise of human population. The more people consume means the less wildlife has. Further, there are some illegal hunters who kill the wild lives for the requirements of those riches, especially in the under developed countries or poor areas. What’s more, the pollution, and the noise which made by industrial works are also the reasons for the obvious effect.

 

　　In addition, I suggest that the wildlife conservation organization should be set up. At the same time, People’s thoughts are bound to change. Authorities ought to make legal regulations or some polices related to the protection of the wildlife. I’m sure more and more people will be concerned about the problem of wildlife’s protection.

　　什么導(dǎo)致如此大的變化？首先，表格顯示了地球上人類增長對野生物種產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)品的不斷開發(fā)，人們破壞了大量適合野生物種生存的土地。很明顯，隨著環(huán)境的改變，氣候也在改變。與此同時(shí)，物種生存的理想條件也在消失。最重要的是，隨著人口的增長，資源在減少。有越多的人消耗資源就意味著有越少的動(dòng)植物消耗資源。再者，有很多非法捕獵者，捕殺野生動(dòng)物賣給有需求的富人，尤其在不發(fā)達(dá)國家和一些貧困地區(qū)更為嚴(yán)重。還有，工業(yè)產(chǎn)生的污染及噪音都是這些顯著變化的原因。

 

　　總之，我建議應(yīng)該建立野生動(dòng)物保護(hù)組織。于此同時(shí)，人們的思想也應(yīng)該改變。當(dāng)局應(yīng)該制定法律法規(guī)或一些政策保護(hù)野生動(dòng)物。我確定會(huì)有越來越多的人們關(guān)心野生動(dòng)物保護(hù)問題的。

 

　　As is illustrated in the graphs, the human population has been dramatically growing in the past three centuries, especially in the 20th and 21st century. Compared with the increasing human population, the chart reveals the increasing number of species extinction over the past three centuries, with sharply speeding-up in 19th and 20th century. Through the comparison of the two graphs, we could find that the growing human population has greatly influenced the decreasing number of wildlife to a large extend.

 

　　如圖中所示，在過去的三個(gè)世紀(jì)，人類人口數(shù)量顯著增加，尤其是在20世紀(jì)和21世紀(jì)。相比人口的增長，表格顯示了過去三個(gè)世紀(jì)物種滅絕的幅度，在19到20世紀(jì)速度飛快。通過兩幅圖的對比，我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)人類的增長已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重的影響到了野生動(dòng)物的生長。

 

　　What effects on earth lead to the increasing species extinction? In my opinion, there are at least three reasons which caused the trend. To start with a growing number of people take up more land to live, which forces wildlife to move out of their homes and have to look for new places to live. More importantly, growing population consumes food resources with wildlife, and even hunts wildlife for dinner. Finally, as the industrialization of human society develops, more energy resources are in excessive demand, which will destroy wildlife’s living place and also have a negative effect on environment and climate. This makes wildlife more difficult to adapt to the living condition.

 

　　Wildlife helps to balance our living environment and we should lay down rules to prevent hunting them and reserve some areas for them to live in.

　　地球上發(fā)生了什么導(dǎo)致了物種的滅絕？在我看來，至少有3個(gè)原因?qū)е铝诉@種趨勢。首先是由于人口的增長占據(jù)了過多的生存土地，這導(dǎo)致了野生動(dòng)物必須離開他們的家園，去尋找新的地方居住。另外重要的一點(diǎn)，增長的人口會(huì)消耗了野生動(dòng)物的食物資源，甚至還有人捕食野生動(dòng)物。最好隨著人類社會(huì)工業(yè)化的發(fā)展，需要大量的能源，這些都破壞了野生動(dòng)物的生存地，并且對環(huán)境與氣候都造成了影響。 這些都使野生動(dòng)物很難適應(yīng)現(xiàn)在的生存環(huán)境。

 

　　野生動(dòng)物幫助我們平衡生態(tài)環(huán)境，我們應(yīng)該立法阻止捕殺他們，并為他們提供生存的空間。
