The Power of Mind
People say, you can not change the environment, but can change yourself; you can not change the facts, but can change attitudes; you can not change the past, but can be changed now; you can not control other people, but can be masters of your own; you can not do everything well, but can be conscientious in everything; you can not change the weather, but you can change the mood; you can not choose looks, but it can show a smile.
Indeed, one key to the success lies in his (her) mind. The difference between successful people and the losers are: winners will attribute setbacks and difficulties to personal ability, imperfect experience, emphasize the inherent and they are willing to continuously improve and develop towards the right direction; the losers will blame on the opportunnity, and the environment injustice, emphasizing external and uncontrollable factors that created the position
of their life, and they always complain, wait and give up!
In many cases, it is a humble person who is looked down upon by himself. One's appearance, one's family, and other innate conditions can not be changed, but at least inner state the spirit of the wlll is entirely under their own
control.absolute is a decisive factor for one's achievements. There is no summon bad thing, only the mentality of the absolute poor people. If they can't adjust the state of mind, how can they deal with more complicated things!
Believe the strength of mind, change our attitude and up our courage to face the disappointments in life.Do not despair and keep on bravely.
I believe the power of mind will decide one's achievements.

The Happy Door
Happiness is like a pebble dropped into a pool to set in motion an ever-widening circle of ripples. As Stevenson has said, being happy is a duty.
There is no exact definition of the word happiness. Happy people are happy for all sorts of reasons. The key is not wealth or physical well-being, since we find beggars, invalids and so-called failures, who are extremely happy.
Being happy is a sort of unexpected dividend. But staying happy is an accomplishment, a triumph of soul and character. It is not selfish to strive for it. It is, indeed, a duty to ourselves and others.
Being unhappy is like an infectious',event)">infectious disease. It causes people to shrink away from the sufferer. He soon finds himself alone, miserable and embittered There is, however, a cure so simple as to seem, at first glance, ridiculous: if you don't feel happy, pretend to be!
It works. Before long you will find that instead of repelling people, you attract them. You discover how deeply rewarding it is to be the center of wider and wider circles of good will.
Then the make-believe becomes a reality. You possess the secret of peace of mind, and can forget yourself in being of service to others.
Being happy, once it is realized as a duty and established as a habit, opens doors into unimaginable gardens thronged with grateful friends.

Perseverance
Napoleon declared, "Victory belongs to the most persevering." Upon careful study we find preseverance
depends upon three things-purpose, will, and enthusiasm. He who has a purpose is always concentrating his forces. By the will, the hope and the plan are prevented from evaporate into dreams. Enthusiasm keeps the interest up, and makes the obstacles seem small.
Life is in a sense a battle. The man who thinks to get on by mere smartness and by idling meets failure at last. Perseverance is the master impulse of the firmest souls, and holds the key to those treasure-houses of knowledge from which the world has drawn its wealth both of wisdom and of moral worth.
Great men never wait for opportunities; they make them. They seize upon what ever is at hand, work out their problem, and master the situation. The greatest thing a man can do in this world is to make the most possible out of the stuff that has been given to him. This is success and there is no other.
One of the important lessons of life is to learn how to get victory out of defeat. It takes courage and stamina, when mortified by humiliating disaster, to seek in the ruins the elements of future conquest. Yet this measures the difference between those who succeed and those who fail.We cannot measure a man by his failures. We must know what use he makes of them. The man who has not fought his way upward and does not bear the scar of desperate conflict does not know the highest meaning of success.
