英語閱讀:5個(gè)步驟學(xué)會愛
1. Stop and be here and now.
We are so used to chasing something. Time, money, goals that you totally forget to be here and now. Whether you regret something in the past or you live in worries about the future totally forgetting this moment which creates your future and can change your past. You can miss something being in hurry; life and the universe give so many opportunities that you can’t notice because you are too busy worrying about something you can’t see. The here and now has all the answers, the joy, the meaning of being alive.
2. Appreciate what you have.
There are so many things in your life to be thankful for. Take your time and feel gratitude for anything that has happened, what is happening and what will happen with you. Even for what hasn’t happened to you. There is a reason for everything that is in your life. You have created it. It is the best for you. To learn love is not about wanting something else, but really appreciating and being grateful for what you have.
3. Embrace anything inside you and around you.
Everybody wants a better life, thinking if you will have this or that or you don’t have this or that, you will be happy after all. But it is a fight with reality you can’t win. You can’t change anything with the fight. When you accept your weaknesses you stop giving them energy. It is easier to change them. When you release the outer world and let it be as it is made, you can see how much beauty there is. How much to be thankful for and how much love there is. When you are in nature, you don’t think this flower is not beautiful enough, you appreciate it without rush or worries about the future. The same with other people or yourself. See the beauty no matter what color it is made of, the smell or shape.
4. Forgive yourself and others.
Regrets hold you back. It is like a trailer reminding you what you have done wrong. But there is nothing wrong or right; it is the way it is – with a lesson for you, with an opportunity to put your mind aside and look with your heart and soul and feel yourself.
5. Have faith.
No worries, no fears, just a deep faith that everything will be alright. You trust yourself. When your mind is calm, when you have stopped your daily rush with no fight with yourself and outer world, you can hear your inner voice .
The most complicated things are the easiest. What you are looking for far away, is right here in your heart. Take all your courage and let yourself live each day with love. With no questions made in mind, with no fears of the unknown. You are a beautiful part of the universe.
從現(xiàn)在開始
我們一直都在不停的追逐。不停的追逐著時(shí)間、金錢、你的目標(biāo),以至于你已經(jīng)完全忘記了你所處的地方,你的現(xiàn)在。不管是在追悔過去,還是憂慮未來,你都忘記了能夠補(bǔ)救過去、創(chuàng)造美好未來的現(xiàn)在。匆忙之中就錯(cuò)過了很多事。因?yàn)槟愣济χ?dān)憂一些看不見摸不著的東西,所以你根本就沒有注意到生活、世界給你的種種機(jī)會。現(xiàn)在,當(dāng)下就能給你你想要的答案,帶給你生活的喜悅,找到生活的真正意義。
珍惜你擁有的
生活中有很多值得你感恩的東西。花點(diǎn)時(shí)間感謝那些以前出現(xiàn)在你生命中的,目前出現(xiàn)在你生命中的,以及以后會出現(xiàn)在你生活中的事物。甚至還可以感謝那些沒有出現(xiàn)在你生命中的。出現(xiàn)在你生命里的一切都是有原因的。是你造就了它們。這些對你來說都是最好的。學(xué)著去愛不是想要些別的東西,而是珍惜,感謝你所擁有的。
接受自己,接受自己身邊的事物
每個(gè)人都想過上更好的生活,想著要是我有了這個(gè)、有了那個(gè),要是沒有了這個(gè)。沒有了那個(gè),我一定會過得很開心。但是這是你與現(xiàn)實(shí)的對抗,你不可能會贏的。在這場戰(zhàn)役中你不能改變?nèi)魏问隆R坏┠愠姓J(rèn)了你的缺點(diǎn),將缺點(diǎn)變成優(yōu)點(diǎn)反而更容易。當(dāng)你不那么在意你周圍環(huán)境的時(shí)候,接受它本來的樣子,你會發(fā)現(xiàn)這個(gè)世界也很美麗。有多感激就有多少愛。當(dāng)你生活在大自然的時(shí)候,你不會在意這個(gè)花是否足夠漂亮,不要著急,也不會憂慮未來,你只會更懂得珍惜。不管對別人還是對你自己都是一樣的。不管是什么顏色,不管是什么味道,不管是什么形狀,多看看那些美好的事物。
原諒自己原諒別人
后悔會讓你停滯不前。就像一個(gè)滿載著你過去的拖車時(shí)刻提醒著你,你以前做錯(cuò)了什么。但是并沒有是非對錯(cuò)。這就是應(yīng)有的方式--就是為了教會你一些東西,就是為了給你一個(gè)放開心地機(jī)會,用心來感受你自己。
有信仰
不要憂慮,也不要擔(dān)心,只要堅(jiān)定的相信一起都會好起來的。相信你自己。當(dāng)你的心平靜下來之后,當(dāng)你不再與自己,與你周圍的世界爭搶匆忙而活的時(shí)候,你可以聽見你內(nèi)心的聲音。
最復(fù)雜的事情是最容易做到的事情。你一直在遠(yuǎn)方尋找的東西其實(shí)就在你的心里。滿懷著愛勇敢的過好生命的每一天。不要把疑惑埋藏在心底,不要害怕不可知的未來。你是世界上最美的部分。
