一、審題四定
1. 確定文體：
書信(a letter, an email),記敘，描寫，議論說理，說明，日記(a diary),通知(a notice)等。
2. 確定人稱與數(shù)： 第I、II、III人稱，單復(fù)數(shù)
3. 確定時態(tài)：
一般現(xiàn)在時，一般過去時，一般將來時，現(xiàn)在進行時，過去進行時，現(xiàn)在完成時等。
4. 確定結(jié)構(gòu)： 三段式(頭身尾)(啟承轉(zhuǎn)合)
二、搭框架，列提綱
(按一定邏輯列出關(guān)鍵詞語或短句)
常見的框架模型：列事實設(shè)問 解決方法或建議個人觀點或情感 (褒貶) 段落結(jié)構(gòu)：①facts ② main idea examples feelings
列提綱的常用方法：
1. 問答式 2. 提綱式 3. 心智圖式mind-mapping 4. 框架式 5. 頭腦風(fēng)暴式brainstorm
三、打草稿(要留空方便改寫 )
1. 將提綱中的要點寫成句子，形成段或篇。記敘文要有線索和評價，說理文要注重觀點與事例的密切相關(guān)性。
2. 注重各種句型的選用盡量使用簡單句(包括there be句型、感嘆句、祈使句和評價句型)、并列句(含有and, or, both…and…, either…or…,neither…nor…,not only…but also…等)，適當(dāng)使用復(fù)合句(主要是賓語從句、狀語從句---含if、unless、when、until、as soon as、because、so、though、but、than等)，少用定語從句。
3. 注意詞性、詞序、詞形。
如：(1) pollute，pollution，polluted(受污染的).
(2) develop, development, developed(發(fā)達的)/ developing(發(fā)展中的)
(3)succeed, success, successful , successfully狀語多用于句尾, 時間、地點、方式、原因、比較等可后置。
(4) 注意時態(tài)、人稱和數(shù)的使用。
(5) 注意使用擴句、并句等。使用各種技巧擴句，用形容詞 、副詞、介詞短語、動詞不定式(to do sth.)、從句等可擴句。如: It’s really necessary for us to protect the environment if we want to live a better life.
(6) 注意選擇與話題相關(guān)的功能句型。
常用的功能有：表達喜惡愛好類，習(xí)慣類、變化類、推測預(yù)測類、功能影響類、利弊類、意見建議類、方法類、感覺類、觀點評價類、比較類、感恩類、交流類、交通方式類、通訊類、規(guī)則類等。常見的話題有健康類、環(huán)保類、安全類、文明禮儀類、感恩類、旅游類、民俗節(jié)日類、寫人記事類、時尚類。
3. 潤飾：
(1) 詞語的推敲(2)句型變化(3)關(guān)聯(lián)意群的確立(4)修辭(比喻、排比、夸張等)
