英語投訴信寫作要點、模板和范例

　　投訴信(letters of complaint)通常是寫給廠家、商店、消費者協(xié)會、報界或廠家、商店的上級主管部門，揭發(fā)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的低劣、服務(wù)態(tài)度的糟糕，抱怨不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)的情況或問題等，以求得解決的信件。寫投訴信要實事求是地把問題講清楚，態(tài)度要冷靜，做到有禮貌，不能惡言傷人。

　　當(dāng)發(fā)生事故的時候，如果只是一些很快就能得到解決的小問題(比如保險、保證或是其他合同條款)，一封日常投訴信就完全可以了。由于這些小問題一般不會遭到對方的反對，日常投訴信只要清楚、明了、簡要就行。下面是寫日常投訴信所遵循的法則：

　　1. 開頭就提出要求。

　　2. 詳細(xì)解釋此要求的原因。

　　3. 結(jié)尾要表示感謝對方的合作。

　　這封信的作者用的是對比法，先寫學(xué)校的地理位置和原先學(xué)校的優(yōu)美環(huán)境，后寫化工廠建起后對學(xué)校造成的污染，最后提請報界呼吁保護(hù)環(huán)境的問題。寫得有理有據(jù)，令人信服。
