It's good to make mistake, and here is why.

First of all, mistakes are a clear sign that you are trying new things. It's always good to try new things because when you are trying new things you are growing. If you never try anything new, how can you improve? How can you expand? How can you innovate? The simple answer is "You can't".Look around you. With very few exceptions, either everything you see in your physical world or every single detail of every single thing is the result of someone trying something new.

Another good thing about mistakes is this: when you are making mistakes, you are learning. Consider this: Edison failed 10000 times before he perfected the light bulb. when asked how it felt to fail that many times, he remarked that he hadn't failed 10000 times, but rather had learned 10000 things that didn't work.

Finally, when you make a mistake you are much closer to success. Why?

Because when all is said and done, you will have tried some finite number of things before you succeeded, Every time you made a mistake you eliminated one of those things and are one step closer.

But this all doesn't mean that you should forget ahead with disregard for the consequences of a mistake. Quite the contrary, when you try something new you have to be willing to set some reasonable limits so that in the event that it doesn't work out the way you want it to, you will be in a position to try again.

We all have limited resources in the form of time and money so don't blow them all on one approach to a problem. Realize that it probably won't be perfect the first time and allocate these resources appropriately so you can learn, modify, and try it again. Only by embracing and using your mistakes in this way can you make significant advances in your business and your career.

There is an old axiom that goes, "If you're not making mistakes, you're not trying hard enough."

So go forth and make mistakes. And learn. And grow. And prosper.

  The Beauty of Nature

Nature satisfies by its loveliness, and without any mixture of corporeal benefit.I see the spectacle of morning from the hilltop over against my house, from daybreak to sunrise, with emotions which an angel might share. The long slender bars of cloud float like fishes in the sea of crimson light. From the earth,as a shore, I look out into that silent sea.I seem to partake its rapid transformations;the active enchantment reaches my dust, and I dilate and conspire with the morning wind. How does Nature deify us with a few and cheap elements! Give me health and a day, and I will make the pomp of emperors ridiculous.Te dawn is my Assyria;the sunset and moonrise my paphos, and unimaginable realms of faerie;broad noon shall be my England of the senses and the understanding;the night shall be my Germany of mystic philosophy and dreams

  A Better Tomorrow

People often wonder why historians go to so much trouble to preserve millions of books, documents and records.

Why do we have libraries? What good are these documents and history books? Why do werecord and save the actions of men, the negotiations of government officials and the eventsduring wars?

We do it because, sometimes, the voice of experience can cause us to stop, look and listen.Sometimes, past records, when understood in the right way, can help us decide what to do andwhat not to do. If we are ever to create lasting peace, we must seek its origins in humanexperience and in the records of human history.

From the stories of courage and devotion of men and women, we create the inspirations ofyouth. History records the suffering, the self-denial, the devotion, and the heroic deeds ofpeople in the past. These records can help us when we are confused and when we really needpeace.

The main purpose of history is to create a better world. History gives a warning to those whopromote war, and inspiration to those who seek peace.

In short, history helps us learn. Yesterday’s records can keep us from repeating yesterday’smistakes. And from the pieces of mosaic assembled by historians come the great murals whichrepresent the progress of mankind.
