Pressure seems to be a natural part in our daily life in this competitive society. Like it or not there is always pressure of one kind or another. And it seems there is hardly any way to avoid it or get rid of it. Moreover, as the pace of modern life continues to quicken, pressure seems to be on the increase all the time.
壓力似乎是在這個(gè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的社會(huì)中我們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪泻茏匀坏囊徊糠帧２还芟矚g還是不喜歡，總是有一種或另一種壓力。似乎沒有任何辦法來避免或擺脫它。此外，隨著現(xiàn)代生活的節(jié)奏不斷加快，壓力似乎一直在增長(zhǎng)。
Different people have different ideas about pressure. Some hold that pressure is something very vicious. If there is too much of it, it will lead to the decline of one's physical and mental health. So they are always complaining about it or trying to flee from it. They think, only relaxation, the opposite of pressure, is what we should desire. On the other hand, others argue that pressure is not as bad as is often thought. In fact a certain amount of pressure is essential to provide motivation and meaning to our life. It is pressure that propels our progress and contributes to our success.
關(guān)于壓力不同的人有不同的想法。有些人認(rèn)為壓力是很邪惡的東西。如果壓力太大，這將導(dǎo)致一個(gè)人的身體和精神健康下降。所以他們總是抱怨或試圖逃避它。他們認(rèn)為，只有放松(與壓力相對(duì)的)才是我們應(yīng)該渴望的。另一方面，其他人認(rèn)為壓力并不像我們通常想的那么壞。事實(shí)上，一定程度的壓力是提供動(dòng)機(jī)和我們的生活意義的關(guān)鍵。是壓力推動(dòng)我們的進(jìn)步有助于我們成功。
Personally, I'm in favor of the latter idea. I believe that a little pressure is certainly an important incentive in life. It is only when the pressure gets out of control can it lead to poor performance and bad health. Since it is impossible to avoid pressure, certainly there is no sense trying to do so or complaining about it.
就我個(gè)人而言，我支持后者的觀點(diǎn)。我相信有點(diǎn)壓力的確是生活中重要的激勵(lì)。只有當(dāng)壓力失去控制，才會(huì)導(dǎo)致糟糕的表現(xiàn)和不好的健康狀況。既然壓力無法避免，當(dāng)然試圖避免或抱怨都是毫無意義的。

As the development of the economy, more and more people live the good life. As they have more money to satisfy the material issue, so they chase for entertainment. The old people like to dance in the square and the young people like to KTV. As for me, my favorite form of entertainment is to travel.
由于經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，越來越多的人過上了好生活。有了更多的錢來滿足物質(zhì)方面的問題，因此人們追求娛樂。老一代人喜歡在廣場(chǎng)跳舞，年輕人喜歡唱歌。對(duì)于我來說，我最喜歡的娛樂方式是旅游。
On the one hand, travel can broaden my vision. Going to the different place can let me see the different scenery. Every time when I go to a place, I will talk to the local people and get to know their culture. I learn so many things from life instead of the book.
一方面，旅行可以開闊我的視野。去不同的地方能讓我看到不同的風(fēng)景。每次當(dāng)我去一個(gè)地方，我會(huì)和當(dāng)?shù)氐娜肆奶?，了解他們的文化。我從生活上學(xué)到了很多書本上沒有的東西。
On the other hand, I will make friends during the trip. When I take the train, I will always find someone who has the same interest with me. We will talk a lot on the train, though our destination is different, we keep in touch and share our opinion all the time.
另一方面，在旅途中我會(huì)交朋友。當(dāng)我坐火車，我總會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)和我有著相同愛好的人。在火車上我們會(huì)聊很多，雖然我們的目的地不同，但是我們會(huì)一直保持聯(lián)系，彼此分享意見。
Going to travel is my favorite form of entertainment, I learn a lot and I will continue my travel when I have the time and money.

When May comes, it means that people will have the vacation. Most people will choose to take the travel, while as more and more people go to travel at a time, the traffic situation will face great challenge. Golden week is not a good choice to go out for travel for most people.
在五月到來的時(shí)候，那意味著人們會(huì)有一個(gè)假期。大部分人會(huì)選擇旅游，然而隨著越來越多的人在一個(gè)時(shí)間出游，交通狀況將會(huì)面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。在黃金周出游對(duì)于大部分人來說不是一個(gè)好的選擇。
On the one hand, with the rise of income, people tend to go to travel on the golden week. It is always reported that too many tourists makes the traffic get congested. In the tourist sites, people can see thousands of heads instead of the scenery, the unpleasant incidents always happens between the tourists. As there are people everywhere, who has the mood to appreciate the scenery.
一方面，隨著收入的提高，人們傾向于在黃金周出游。經(jīng)常有報(bào)道過多的游客使得交通阻塞。在一些旅游景點(diǎn)，人們可以看到上千個(gè)人頭，而不是看到景色，經(jīng)常有不愉快的事件發(fā)生在游客間。由于到處都是人，誰還有心情去欣賞景色呢。
On the other hand, on the golden week, the business men always raise the price of the products, they want to earn the great profit from the tourists. The tourists have to buy the products in the special situation, they spend a lot of money to buy the products.
另一方面，在黃金周期間，商人總是提高產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格，他們想要從游客那里掙很多的利潤(rùn)。旅客在特殊情況下不得不買這些產(chǎn)品，他們花費(fèi)了很多錢來買這些產(chǎn)品。
In all, golden week is not a good time for people to go out for travel. People can just stay at home or go to visit the sites which are near home, so that they won’t get tired and spend too much money.
總的來說，黃金周對(duì)于人們來說不是一個(gè)出游的好時(shí)機(jī)。人們可以留在家里或者去家里附近的景點(diǎn)看看，這樣他們就不會(huì)累，也不會(huì)花費(fèi)很多的錢。
