When I was small, I was taught that we should help others, though it was not our duty, we should take no hesitation to do it. Today, the economy develops, but people become selfish, they care so much about their benefit, when it comes to help others, some will ask if there is a reward. It seems that they need some temptation to take the kind act. In my opinion, we should help others without asking a reward, when we help others, we will have the sense of satisfaction, what’s more, once we are in the trouble, people will help us, it is the best return. We are not alone, helping each other makes the world become beautiful.
當(dāng)我還小的時(shí)候，我被教育我們應(yīng)該幫助別人，雖然那不是我們的責(zé)任，但是我們應(yīng)該毫不猶豫去做。今天，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展了，但是人們變得自私，他們很在意自己的利益，當(dāng)談到幫助別人的時(shí)候，一些人會(huì)問有沒有回報(bào)。似乎他們需要一些誘惑才會(huì)去做這樣善意的舉動(dòng)。在你我看來，我們應(yīng)該幫助別人，不求回報(bào)，當(dāng)我們幫助了別人，會(huì)有滿足感，而且，一旦我們有困難，人們也會(huì)幫助我們，這是最好的回報(bào)。我們不是獨(dú)自一人，互相幫助讓這個(gè)世界變得美好。

While some people have social phobia, they are afraid of talking to others, they can’t make the social communication. This is such a big illness, but they can overcome it. First, they need to take the positive attitude to life, having more communication with others can enriches their knowledge, they can share happiness and sorrow with friends, when they are in trouble, friends will help them. Second, they should open their hearts, don’t be afraid of talking to others, once the mouths are opened, the world will be lit up.
我們生活在一個(gè)被人群包圍的世界，我們需要和別人進(jìn)行交流，為了和別人分享我們的情感和在這個(gè)世界生存。然而一些人有社交恐懼癥，他們害怕和別人聊天，無法進(jìn)行社交。這是很嚴(yán)重的病，但是他們可以克服。第一，他們需要對(duì)生活抱有積極的態(tài)度，和別人進(jìn)行多點(diǎn)交流，可以豐富他們的知識(shí)，也可以和朋友分享喜怒哀樂，當(dāng)遇到困難的時(shí)候，朋友會(huì)幫助他們。第二，他們應(yīng)該打開心扉，不要害怕和別人交流，一旦開口，世界將被點(diǎn)亮。

It has become part of people’s life, most people will open their TV and watch it in the big day. I will watch the show, maybe most of the parts do not attract my attention, but it is the happy time for me to stay with my family. I enjoy the moment.

People have to spend so many years to go to school before they can be independent and earn money. We are told that reading books is good for us, but the fact is that we may find many bosses go to work in the early age and they don’t read many books. Books provide us all kinds of knowledge, we can see the different sceneries, reading the books is like traveling to different places. What’s more, we can considerate things in different viewpoints. When we face difficulties, we will treat them in the peaceful way, we won’t lose our way, because we believe things will change one day, we have hope in our hearts. Reading books makes us have a good attitude towards life.
