Write Your Own Life 譜寫生命的樂章
Suppose someone gave you a pen - a sealed, solid-colored pen.
You couldn't see how much ink it had. It might run dry after the first few tentative words or last just long enough to create a masterpiece (or several) that would last forever and make a difference in the scheme of things. You don't know before you begin.
Under the rules of the game, you really never know. You have to take a chance! Actually, no rule of the game states you must do anything. Instead of picking up and using the pen, you could leave it on a shelf or in a drawer where it will dry up, unused.
But if you do decide to use it, what would you do with it? How would you play the game?
Would you plan and plan before you ever wrote a word? Would your plans be so extensive that you never even got to the writing?
Or would you take the pen in hand, plunge1 right in and just do it, struggling to keep up with the twists and turns of the torrents2 of words that take you where they take you?
Would you write cautiously and carefully, as if the pen might run dry the next moment, or would you pretend or believe (or pretend to believe) that the pen will write forever and proceed accordingly?

假如有人送你一支筆，一支不可拆卸的單色鋼筆.
里面究竟有多少墨水看不出?；蛟S在你試探性地寫上幾個(gè)字后它就會(huì)枯干，或許足夠用來創(chuàng)作一部影響深遠(yuǎn)的不朽巨著(或是幾部)。而這些，在動(dòng)筆前，都是無法得知的。
在這個(gè)游戲規(guī)則下，你真的永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)預(yù)知結(jié)果。你只能去碰運(yùn)氣!事實(shí)上，這個(gè)游戲里沒有規(guī)則指定你必須要做什幺。相反，你甚至可以根本不去動(dòng)用這支筆，把它扔在書架上或是抽屜里讓它的墨水干枯。
但是，如果你決定要用它的話，你會(huì)用它來做什幺呢?你將怎樣來進(jìn)行這個(gè)游戲呢?
你會(huì)不寫一個(gè)字，老是計(jì)劃來計(jì)劃去嗎?你會(huì)不會(huì)由于計(jì)劃過于宏大而來不及動(dòng)筆呢?
或者你只是手里拿著筆，一頭扎進(jìn)去寫，不停地寫，艱難地隨著文字洶涌的浪濤而隨波逐流?
你會(huì)小心謹(jǐn)慎的寫字，好象這支筆在下一個(gè)時(shí)刻就可能會(huì)干枯;還是裝做或相信這支筆能夠永遠(yuǎn)寫下去而信手寫來呢?
I Learn To Be Strong 我學(xué)會(huì)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)
This poem is about someone whom I deeply cared about. The feelings were never returned, but I learned1 that with or without his love, I could make it and always remain strong and happy.
Words of wisdom come to my ears,
Telling me what I know in my heart,
But never wanted to hear.
With the truth finally said and out in the open for me to plainly see,
I wonder why I can love so deeply but never had that love returned back to me.
I confessed2 the feelings that I held inside for so long,
But with his soft- hearted rejection3,
I realize I have to be strong.
With tears that want to flow from my eyes,
I feel that my heart, along with my composure, slowly dies.
While this dramatic4 side is showing through with my ability to question and reason,
I think I may have found something in me that I can believe in.
Love hurts . . .
That's what they all say,
But I will love again when all this pain and sorrow goes away.
So I sit and think of all the things this situation has cost,
And I realize that nothing very important has been lost.
Instead, a learning5 experience has come from all this.
I've learned that hardly anything is more important than my happiness.

人們都這樣說，但是當(dāng)所有這些傷與痛消卻之時(shí)，我要再次去愛。
于是我坐下來，思考著所有這一切能帶來的影響，我驟然發(fā)現(xiàn)原來自己并沒有失去任何重要的東西。
相反，我從中收獲了經(jīng)驗(yàn)和智慧，我已經(jīng)明白：生活中沒有任何事情比自身的快樂更重要。
悟透自己
In all one's lifetime it is oneself that one spends the most time being with or dealing1 with. But it is precisely2 oneself that one has the least understanding of.

To get a thorough understanding of oneself is to gain a correct view of oneself and be a sober realist: aware of both one's strength and shortage. You may look forward hopefully to the future but be sure not to expect too much, for ideals can never be fully3 realized. You may be courageous4 to meet challenges, but it should be clear to you where to direct your efforts.
To get a thorough understanding of oneself requires doing oneself a favor when it's needed. In time of anger, do yourself a favor by giving vent5 to it in a quiet place so that you won't be hurt by its flames; in time of sadness, do yourself a favor by sharing it with your friends so as to change a gloomy mood into a cheerful one; in time of tiredness, do yourself a favor by getting a good sleep，and show yourself loving concern about your health and daily life.
