1. kick ass 了不起

“kick ass” 除了字面上的「踢屁股」外，還有「厲害、打敗」的意思。當(dāng)「踢屁股」時(shí)，比如某人放你鴿子，你很氣，就可以說(shuō): “I’m going to kick his ass.” (我得踢他的屁股)。當(dāng)「厲害」用時(shí)，就像上面例句一樣用。”kick ass” 還可作「打敗某人的意思」。比如某人一向在某方面比你強(qiáng)，終于有一天你比他厲害了，你就可以說(shuō):”Hahaha…I kicked your ass.”。覺得 “ass” 太難聽的人，就用 “butt” 吧!
