The hot summer holidays are coming, and the best sport now is swimming. My mother and I immediately signed up at the gym.
Looking forward to the day when we finally got to swim, we warmed up first, and then, like a flock of ducklings, we got into the water. Wow, the water is so cool! I knew nothing about swimming, and I began to learn it slowly, looking at other partners who were eager to try.
"Poof!" I drink a lot of saliva in succession, the nose is also sour, I angrily think: hum, have what great, is not to change gas? Do you still want to miss Ben?
With that in mind, I learned to breathe and began to slide. Gliding is very important in swimming, it can make you swim easily and swim fast. 盼呀盼，終于盼到了游泳的這一天，我們先做了熱身操，接著便像一群小鴨子似得興沖沖地下了水。哇，水好涼呀!我對游泳可是一竅不通，看著其他同伴躍躍欲試的樣子，我也從換氣開始慢慢學(xué)起。
“噗!”我一連喝了幾口水，鼻子也酸了，我氣呼呼地想：哼，有什么了不起，不就是換氣嗎?還想難住本小姐?
有了這個想法，我學(xué)會了換氣，開始滑行了。滑行在游泳中十分重要，它可以使你既游得輕松，又游得快。面對著1米20厘米的水，我就是不敢滑出去。那么深的水，可不是鬧著玩的!教練見了，平靜地對我說“克服心理障礙，大膽向前游去。”
我聽了，便大膽學(xué)起來，他也教我了如何蹬腿，很快進步了許多，這讓教練很高興。
我苦練了10天后，終于掌握了蛙泳的技能。這都是我10天以來發(fā)奮的結(jié)果。
時間流逝得飛快，14天一眨眼過去了，我也學(xué)了多種游泳姿勢，啊!這真是一個快樂的暑假
