Life is important, only the living person can have the rights to talk about the dreams, if they lose their lives, everything is impossible. So health is more important than dreams, people need to keep themselves healthy first, and then they can better fulfill their dreams. The wise person will choose to get the treatment and give up the dreams for a while, when they recover, they continue their dreams. So health first, then other things rank second.

It promotes our heart and lung function by increasing their expansion and contraction, which is beneficial for resisting pressure from longtime labor or extra-strength work. And it improves fat consumption and metabolism, which lay a solid foundation for disease prevention. Meanwhile, it helps keep our body in a good shape by consuming the overfull calories.

  生理上,做些有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)可以提高我們身體健康,減少我們的痛苦。做有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)可增加心肺的伸縮,以提高心肺功能,有益于抵御長(zhǎng)期的勞作和加班帶來(lái)的壓力。它還能促進(jìn)脂肪的消耗,促進(jìn)新陳代謝,預(yù)防疾病。同時(shí),有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)還能消耗多余熱量,有益于保持良好體型。

  Psychologically, acting aerobic exercise also conduces to our psychological health. We are able to be more confident and positive that we have capacity of doing something at the best, just like finishing our plans or achieving our destinations in exercise. Thus we can ventilate our negative feelings by doing workout so that we can strive for our dreams again.

  心理上,進(jìn)行有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)還有利于我們的心理健康。通過(guò)戶(hù)外鍛煉我們能消除負(fù)面情緒,才能再次為夢(mèng)想奮斗。

  Hence, for the wellbeing of body and mind, let us have some aerobic exercise together.
